Suppressed profile not uploading

Hi Klaviyo

I'm having problems importing suppressed profiles. When I upload a file with my suppressed profiles, it says ‘Your Suppressions list has been updated.

But they don't upload or appear. However, if I try to insert an email with Add email address, it uploads correctly. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

Could you make sure your CSV has one column header labeled "email." Also, check that there's no extra formatting or unnecessary data in the file

Hi @Maredius,

In addition to @Fario Consulting’s suggestions, you might just need to refresh the screen after uploading the suppressions. Lately when I have uploaded a suppression list, it seems as if they are not there after receiving the success message; when I refresh the page, the addresses appear in the suppression list.

I copied all contacts into a new sheet, and then it worked.
