My test email links are redirecting to “https://ctrk.klclick1.com/l/01HZWB5C14DPZ5NA2WQ29V2KH7_0” with a “This Link can not be reached” page. How do I fix this?

Hello @stuffthatmatters,

This issue usually happens due to link tracking or domain setup errors in Klaviyo.

Here’s how to fix it:

  1. Check Link Tracking: Ensure it’s enabled in Account > Settings > Email Settings.
  2. Verify Links: Confirm all links in your email are complete and properly formatted.
  3. Test Sending Domain: Verify your sending domain in Account > Settings > Domains and Hosting.
  4. Disable Tracking for Testing: Temporarily uncheck “Track clicks in email” to identify if tracking is causing the issue.
  5. Clear Browser Cache: If testing links repeatedly, clear your browser cache and try again.
  6. Contact Klaviyo Support: If the problem persists, provide support with details of the affected links and errors.

Let me know if you need help.

Best Regards,

Hello @stuffthatmatters ,
The issue is likely related to Klaviyo's link tracking. Ensure that link tracking is enabled and that the URLs in your email template are valid and properly formatted. Additionally, verify that your sending domain is authenticated in Klaviyo (SPF, DKIM, and CNAME settings) to avoid redirection issues. If the issue persists, regenerate the test email and recheck. Reach out for help if needed.

Hi,
This is likely due to the click tracking domain being blocked. You will want to set up a dedicated click tracking domain to help avoid blocklists and ensure that your email links work properly
