Toll free number still verifying

Hi, my toll free number for the U.S. and Canada is still verifying after registering 10/31/23. Could you please provide guidance as to how this can be resolved?

As noted in our help center documentation, toll free number verification can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to verify before we encourage you to start sending with your number. However, as this is well over this amount of time, I will raise this issue with our team! So sorry for this inconvenience!
