unable to turn off bad looking popup on website

I tried using flows to get emails on my store and when I tried to turn the pop ups off It didn’t stop. I have tried uninstalling the app from my shopify and disconnecting it from my store and nothing works. I dont know how to get it off my website of change it it just wont stop popping up.

Hey there @Goshhsb3757, in your https://www.klaviyo.com/forms tab - are these pop-ups set to draft status (not editing or live), correct? And to confirm - it is 100% a Klaviyo pop-up and not a default pop-up app builder from Shopify?

I have the same issue, i have changed my pop up / sign up form as the old one was not showing on my Klaviyo account but the old one still keeps popping up and i cant remove it! Please can you advise asap? Thank you
