Using Klaviyo Reviews and want to customize the name to not be "store" when replying to questions.

I activated the Q&A through Klaviyo’s Reviews for my Shopify site. When I answer a question a customer asks, the website shows “Store replied...” I want to change this so it looks more professional and put the business name.
