Hello, I started WhatsApp marketing for the first time today. I prepared my first campaign and sent it to myself for testing, but I didn't receive a message. When I click on the campaign, it says "delivered." I have no idea why it wasn't delivered. Can you help me?

Hi Faith. 

Have you tried confirming that the test number is properly opted in to receive WhatsApp messages and that the WhatsApp template used in the campaign has already been approved and linked to the correct sending number?

I entered my own phone number, and for Türkiye, the area code is +90. I also added that to the beginning. The sender number is also correct. Could it be that it hasn't been verified by Meta?

I would try checking if the WhatsApp sender number and business account are fully verified in Meta first, since unverified numbers or pending business verification can sometimes show as “delivered” in the platform while the message never actually reaches the device.

Yeah,  that usually means Meta is still reviewing the WhatsApp template, and it hasn’t been fully approved yet. Just wait a bit, Meta is still reviewing it. Once it’s approved, the status will update automatically.
