we have about 300 members in our lists but suddenly we have around 2300 active profiles.
I am not able to figure out where those profiles are coming from and also I am not able to suppress them.
Is there any way to manage the active profiles?
It seems like we have no control over that.

Do you believe these are spam accounts? Are you able to provide a screenshot of one of the active profiles to see where they are coming from and what activity they may have done?
Also, have you tried to bulk delete/suppress these profiles following our documentation?
They could be spam emails but I would need to know more about what these profiles look like to better understand.
