Will I Be Billed Twice in the Same Month If I Upgrade My Plan?

Question

I exceeded my email’s sending limit. ie 50,000 emails for $100 but my billing cycle ends on Nov 10 and today is Nov 3.

I can’t send anymore emails from Nov 3 - Nov 10 unless I upgrade the plan to 55,000 emails for $110.
So the question is can I upgrade the plan before Nov 10 and if I do, how will I be charged, and will the next billing cycle start form today ( Nov 3 ) ?

Or would I have to pay $220 (100+110) for the current billing cycle of Oct3-Nov3?

@DipeshI 2nd @Bobi N.Just to clarify, when you upgrade mid-cycle, Klaviyo will prorate the cost for the remaining days of this cycle, so you won’t be charged the full new plan amount until your next billing cycle starts on Nov 10. Essentially, you'll only pay for the difference based on the days left. Hope that helps!

@DipeshIf you upgrade the plan you will just be charged the extra amount for this billing cycle and then full amount for next billing cycleFor example if you were paying $100 this month and you need to upgrade to $200 plan you will be just billed for another $100.. and then next month (or in your case on 10th of Nov) you will be charged full $200 for the next billing cycle
