Email looks very different on Android and IOS

Hello @Taylor Tarpley  It is the gmail app on both android and IOS. Weirdly, the android preview started showing up as in the image all of a sudden, without me changing anything. Perfect solution would be if I can get the IOS preview to also look like the Android one. Thanks

Hi @bluesnapper  Yes, this is great! However, it says send an internal update to upto 5 people. In my use case, I need to sort from 60+ and more added frequently.  So would this still work for my use case?

Date Property present in profile but not showing when making a date triggered flow.

Yes @stephen.trumble that is what the issue is. the formatting is not same for all. Honestly, it a huge pain to go through all and figure out what’s causing the issue. While we are at it, can you tell me what to do if when I am uploading a CSV and some of the fields are empty?

Delivered Shipment Email in Klaviyo

Thank you for your reply @retention We use USPS, so the “Delivered Shipments” for the products is coming from there, possibly?  I will implement it and update you here!

Hide/show logic to exclude products from order overview not working?

Hi @PennyTinyLibrary, Welcome to the Community. You can hide items from the Dynamic Table Block using conditional statements in each column. You can base this on product titles, SKUs, prices, etc. An example would be:{% if item.product.title != "Exact Product Title" %} Display this content. {% endif %} If you are unsure about using conditionals, I would recommend chatting with a developer to help you build those statements!   Hope this helped, Alex Hi @alex.hong I used this solution to tackle a similar problem and it kinda worked too. But now, as you can see in the image above, I am getting all of this white space from the content that is hidden. So is there no way to remove this?{% if event.line_price != 0 %} {{ event.name|default:'' }} {% endif %}This is the code that I am using.

Change spcae between line change

Line spacing does not change the space between changed lines. it reduces the space between sentences that are broken into the other line

Thanks @retention, that helps but the store has like 50k SKUs. Even if I get product name, it would’nt be possible to set up different emails for so many products. I do have Shopify tags for the size of the product which is actually what I wanna send out to customers viewing the product. Is it possible that I get this data dynamically in Klaviyo, maybe through the custome javascript call?

How to send sizes of specific products in Klaviyo after customer views the product

Thanks for you reply @Ashley I. The client I am working for actually wants that people recieve the size just when they view the product. He wants to add a popup form when someone visits a product page that asks customers to fill their email to recieve the sizes of their desired model.  Is it possible that the emails collected from this form are added to a abandoned browse flow that sends out the size to people?
