Product personalisation in header

How does the variable look in your email? Simple copy paste the dynamic product name variable from there. Otherwise copy paste it from your event data in the preview mode, here you should be able to just click it and paste it into the subject line :-) Let me know if this works!

Yes! By using the event variable that contains the name. It usually looks like this {{ event.Name|default }} but can differ depending on your integration :-)

Hi @whitedaisyuk Thank you for posting in the community. What you are refering to sounds like a Browse abandonment flow. Depending on what integration you currently have, you should be able to build this with a “Viewed Product” metric and use the event.Name in the title. Hi @ddgfashion My immediate answer would be to look at the catalog source (the data that is being pulled into Klaviyo ), but I’ve never experienced this happening before. Is it stated as 2.399.50 RSD or 2399.50 RSD?

When creating a campaign based on a segment, what state of the segment will be used?

Hi @piotrekw Just to be sure, you would like to view the segment as per 1: when you schedule the campaign and 2: the segment, that the e-mail was sent to on ‘send time’ right? And do you want to see the full segment or just be able to analyze the numbers?

Viewed product event not working

Hi @inboxcrayon Thank you for posting in the Community! First of all I would recommend you diasble the embed in Shopify - Save - and then enable it again. It might also help to revisit this article: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005080407 If this still not works, there might be an issue with the Image.URL. If you do a catalog look up on the event, you should be able to investigate this further. In order to do so, use the code below and adapt it to your dynamic variables. This will show you the image.URL on the given event - copy this and open it in a browser to see if the URL reads correctly. From there, several issues might be identified, but I’m happy to help with that also! {% catalog event.ProductID %} {{ catalog_item }} {% endcatalog %} Hope this helps! /Anna Sophie

Hi there @ddgfashion Is this a static or a dynamic product feed? If it is a static one, you have to put the price value at “2399.50” where the decimals are seperated by a“.” I hope this helps!

Hi there @piotrekw Thank you for posting your question here in the community! Under account settings you can setup up a default for your campaigns. This might cause a sligt delay, as it runs through the segment before sending. You can also choose this option on a campaign basis while scheduling your campaign. Default colors and styles for templates?

Hi again @usernameattempt44 I’m happy you figured it out! The universal blocks can however change according to the styles set in the template if the font sizes, fonts and colours differ from template to template. I would recommend you to remove the format of the text applied so it fits the styling of the template. Once you’ve made changes to text, eg. H1 and H2 in a text block these wont change if you then change if you change the “Styles” settings.

Hi there @Angieal06 Thank you for posting your question here in the community: Based on the information provided, it seems like you're interpreting the data correctly, but let's break it down to ensure clarity. Checkout Started Value: This indicates the total value of items that customers have added to their carts and initiated the checkout process. Placed Order Value: This represents the total value of orders that have been successfully placed by customers. In your example, the welcome series reports $25.4K in checkout started value but only $6.5k in placed order value. This suggests that customers are indeed adding a significant value of items to their carts and starting the checkout process but are not completing their orders. Editing the abandoned cart email repeating bloc

Yes okay! So all you have to do it drag an image into the editor and select dynamic image and insert the dynamic variable. Then you can setup a textblock underneath with the dynamic variable for the text: The dynamic variables are different from integration to integration but you can find yours in the event preview. Yes, then it is a different approach. However in order to pull the second item in the basket, there has to be one. This tutorial might be useful to you: Something like this: {% if event.ItemNames == 'INSERT ITEM NAME' %} {{ event.ItemNames.1 }} (this is nr. 2 in the list of items in the basket) {% else %} {{ event.ItemNames.0 }} (this is the first item in the basket and not ^^) {% currency_format catalog_item.metadata|lookup:"$price"|floatformat:2 %} {% endif %}

Hi @Steve0603 Thank you for posting in the Community. If I understand you correctly, you would like to stack the image, product name and price right in the setup? While it is an abandoned basket the setup it set to dynamic. You can however do a workaround this with a static setup, but that would challenge the amount of items in the basket. However I suppose that this can be delt with on a flow filter level. So the setup would be more like a browse abandonment for example, where you filter it based on how many items is in the basket and create different emails with one block = 1 item in basket, 2 blocks = 2 items in basket. For the dynamic content, you can setup up a code that cancels the picture, price and item name (should be placed on both the dynamic image and the additional text prodvided) like this: {% if item.name != 'INSERT ITEM NAME' %} {% catalog item.sku %} {{ catalog_item.title }}{% currency_format catalog_item.metadata|lookup:"$price"|floatformat:2 %} {% endcatalog %} {% endif %} The above is based on a custom catalog, but you can pull it and adapt it to the syntax of your abandoned basket. The add filter is accessible under “Products” → “Product feed” → Then choose or create a new product field and then in the bottom, when you have chosen a category to show, you can also choose to exclude a category.

Implement Abandoned Cart with klaviyo and commerce js

Hi @marken3 Thank you for posting in the Community. I understand, that you are looking to setup a custom integration and a guide to that is available in link that @Brian Turcotte provided. It is however important to mention, that a setup with abandoned carts also would require server-side tracking of Placed orders because you would need the filter on the flow to send out the those, who have actually abandoned their cart. Have you already setup up some client side tracking and the Klaviyo.js on your site? Have a lovely weekend and I look forward to your answer.
