Link to add products to cart from email?

Another thread had the answer to this: Thank you for clarifying. While we don't offer currently have a help center article for accomplishing this, what you can do is add a button to your email, and then in the URL you'll want to use http://your-store.com/cart/XXXXXXXX:1​as your link.The value after /cart/ is the variant's unique ID of your product and the :1 indicates that one of that item is added to the cart.  Hope that helped,Alex

How to edit list confirmation email after form submission?

Hey there! Check what list your form is sending emails to, and then look at your settings for that list. If you have Double Opt-In turned on, then it’ll auto-send an email confirmation.There is usually a shortcut to edit that email confirmation under the double opt-in setting in the list, but you can also get there by going to Settings → other → consent pages. One of the options there should be email confirmation, which will allow you to edit what you’re seeing above.

SMS klaviyo disable automated text

Go to settings → SMS → Automations → and check under ‘keyword management’ - there should be a line item there that shows what is automatically sent when someone opts into your SMS program. If that isn’t it, scroll a little to ‘subscribe keywords’ or ‘subscribe links’ and see what your settings are there - you could also be using a subscribe link which does require you to have a keyword chosen for them to reply with, it’s not necessarily a double opt-in per se, but an extra step if you’re using that kind of link.I’ve actually subscribed to many, many companies’ SMS messages and I’d say a good 15% have the default Klaviyo SMS language still in their auto-response 😆

Hey @aselt, no we’re still troubleshooting, how long have you had this integration set up? We just connected ours about a month ago and I’m curious if the issue is new or something that has been ongoing

SMS Credit Usage

Unfortunately this doesn’t address my issue, I do have that custom report already built, but I’m referring to the credit usage versus the individual SMS usage. To my understanding, if I send an SMS or an MMS that has, say, 206 characters to two separate individuals, that will count as more than two credits used on my account as it is over the SMS character limit for one credit. The custom report, though, will reflect two people received the SMS.
