 I am using your Klaviyo for Shopify, and I am having trouble with the automatic emails for my customers as shown in the attached image.

Correct me if I am wrong- we cannot send Delivered shipment emails through Klaviyo? But in my Klaviyo metrics I can see a “Delivered Shipment” Metric coming in from shopify.  So, is this a new feature or Delivered shipment means something else or can it not be used to send out emails when the product is delivered?  Also, I use ship station...any reccomendation on what’s the best way to send a Delivery Confirmation email?

Hi, I have my Klaviyo set up with Shopify for abandoned carts. When I check the data on Facebook meta pixel, I am having numerous abandoned carts a day but this information is not syncing to Klaviyo - is it because these people who are abandoning carts are not signed up to my email marketing?

I am successfully adding new Profiles to Klaviyo via the API. I am getting the Profiles added to a List and also success in having the Email status as “Subscribed”. In email template I’m reading data from Profile and Place Order Events. Now I’m looking for a way to add some custom data in both , I was able to update profile using {{baseUrl}}/api/profiles/:id/ api but couldn't find any way for Place Order . I’m using Magento 2 with Klaviyo , Any suggestion and answers would be appreciated. Thanks 

Hello,I’m a bit confused! We’ve just sent a campaign where 1 person clicked through yet 3 people placed an order. I’m not sure how this has happened? Also, the person who clicked on the email is different to the 3 people who placed an order.Is anyone able to explain how this works for me? I’ve included a snapshot of the report. Thanks, Amy 

So far, I have set up the integration so if anyone signs up from my password page, they will enter my email list automatically…..However, I’m missing the part where after they join my email list from signing up, I want them to be sent an automated email letting them know that they’re confirmed in my giveaway etc (details sent in my email) So, now I need guidance on how I can send an email to the prior people who have already signed and an automated email ready for people who sign up in the future.  Thanks, hope I was clear enough

HiI’ve set up an A/B Test on my pop-up to test different offers. I’m using Hidden fields to split the flow so that they receive the relevant offer. I wanted to test these sign-ups are going down the correct route on the flow.For hidden fields to show as an option in flow in conditional splits the pop-up must be live and I think it must have had data submitted. So I’m in a bit of a situation where I can’t test the pop-up data going through. Usually I would just show the the form on a low traffic page of the website, submit the data on the pop-up and then go back to change the targeting to the whole website. But as it’s and A/B test I can’t edit it afterwards.I need the data going through to create the hidden field in the conditional splits but the only way to do this is to put it live without testing the data.Am I missing something? I’m thinking I must be.ThanksSean 

This is what we did, we are new to Klaviyo so I know there is something wrong with this criteria, perhaps the last 2 filters. Can someone guide us please.  

Hi there!I want to build a report that tells me WHICH products have been “placed order” on the specific campaign or flow mail.I do know I can get this information be looking at the analytics on each individual campaign mail or flow message.However, I’m hoping for a solution that let’s me get this info in a custom report.Fingers crossed that this is possible.Best,Mathilde

Hello, I saw there are multiple topics on Klaviyo x Wordpress integrations, but our use case is pretty specific. We are not an ecommerce site, we are simply a resource site. We run on a heavily modified version of Wordpress, and the site has users sign up for a profile, and then interact with the site in various ways. We’d like to have klaviyo add to our subscriber list when someone signs up for an account on the website. Currently we can only do a mass export of user emails and then upload them into klaviyo, we’d like this to be automatic. Ideally we’d also like to track certain actions on the site to design flows to respond to certain actions. Is there a way to achieve this? Most of the literature I’ve seen specifically refers to tracking transactional actions like checkouts and buying, this is not how our site operates. Thanks for the help! Justin

That’s why I am reaching out to you awesome fellow Klaviyo experts! Have you ever faced spam attacks? Еxample: gf5@shiro3710.akira17.webvan.site In this case the situation is as follows:Shopify eCommerce - integrated with Klaviyo  Google reCaptcha is ON Double opt-in on all lists is ON Installed Blocky - Shopify plug-in blocking VPN users (recommended from the Klaviyo chat support friends) Filters in segments  List Clean Up - Suppress and Delete all subscribers that haven’t: Checkout Started zero times over all time Viewed Product zero times over all time Clicked Email zero times over all time Clicked Email zero times over all time Opened Email zero times over all time Person is not suppressed for email Received Email zero times over all time   That’s what has been done and for some reason even when I removed all sign up forms both foo

When in the editor, my email looks exactly how it’s supposed to, but when I go to preview and send an extra section which I have previously deleted is showing on mobile. I can’t find anything in the editor that would indicate this section is still there. To reiterate, when I’m in the editor the block is not there on desktop or mobile. I’ve double checked the visibility on all blocks. It only shows up in preview and send.Multiple members of my team have encountered this error with no explanation or solution.

Lots of my ESPs sent have SPF IPs that been blacklisted. Most of this by HostKarma:The IP is provided by Klaviyo; is this okay? I have an issue that my emails are going to the to the spam box. Is this causing my problem?I have checked my DKIM and DRMAC, It’s still good.

Hey, I want to to setup an order confirmation flow which shows the customers selected payment method (with no real coding experience).There are a couple of methods like Amazon Pay, Paypal, Klarna and more  in the shopify Store.I came across:https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/liquid/reference/objects/transaction#transaction-gateway but https://shopify.dev/docs/themes/liquid/reference/objects/transaction#transaction-payment_details seems to fit my needs better.But when i add{{ transaction.extra.gateway_display_name }} or {{ transaction.extra.gateway }} or {{ event.extra.payment_details }} or {{ event.extra.payment_details.credit_card_company }} my preview always shows nothing.Paypal isn’t a credit card company maybe that’s why i see no result.Can someone give me a hint or a ressource on how to get the payment method based on customers Choice?Thanks in advance.

I feel like i know the answer to this but I just want to confirm. My client asked if we can AB test a segmentation strategy i had proposed on our flow campaigns but I’m pretty sure that’s not possible since most flows are triggered by an action. Additionally, I started wondering if you can even AB test segments for like campaigns? Again I don’t think you can because essentially people can fall within the same segment so they’d get an email twice. But I’d like to confirm. Because then I started thinking, how would I know which segment worked better for our campaigns, by just looking at the numbers?For context my client is sending email to his whole newsletter list so I suggested we created a new segment of engaged 120.

I’m considering moving to Omnisend as I’m finding Klaviyo a bit difficult to learn and I’m a beginner with Shopify and there on the basic plan there is no live chat or email support.What would happened to the coupon codes already distributed to my newsletter subscribers (there’s around 50 subscribers that got a coupon code) if I move over to Omnisend, can they still use the code?
