Is there currently a solution so that dynamic coupons can also be applied for subscriptions in combination with the normal Shopify checkout page? We are using Seal Subscriptions.

We are migrating from v1/v2 to new API. And we found that the individual profile import API cannot handle our workload (rate limit). So we are trying to use the bulk profile import. But we wonder that if there is one bad email in, say 1000, how could we find the offending email so that we can filter it out and resend the batch in case of failure.  I know there is a profile-bulk-import-jobs API to get the status and info of the submitted job. Is the error details show us the offending email? Similarly we will use bulk event API endpoints. We want to know if the same solution exists for bulk event job. Thanks!  

We have a URL on our link activity that keeps popping up but I can find it anywhere! It is a link to a page we made in 2022!I do clone each campaign to speed up editing content but I have trawled through the emails each time and can’t find it anywhere.Any suggestions or previous experience of this?Cheers, Sid

The “Edit Campaign” option is no longer available to me to edit email drafts. (These are non-active emails, so I should have editing privileges.) My only options now are to view the campaign or copy the campaign ID (attached.) Tried some general trouble-shooting to no success:close/restart browser incognito mode clear cache use a different browser permissions in klaviyo reset My colleague cannot edit emails either, we both have content-creator privileges. Do you know if there are any other suggested solutions? Is the server under maintenance? 

In email template I’m reading data from Profile and Place Order Events. Now I’m looking for a way to add some custom data in both , I was able to update profile using {{baseUrl}}/api/profiles/:id/ api but couldn't find any way for Place Order . I’m using Magento 2 with Klaviyo , Any suggestion and answers would be appreciated. Thanks 

 Hi All!I have added the add to cart trigger onto our product page (we’re using the Kalles Theme in Shopify). The trigger appears to be working when I view customer info, although doesn’t appear to work for all. I tested it on my own profile and it didn’t work, and then I looked at other profiles and it’s working (weird but ok). The issue I’m having now is that no information is pulling through as dynamic content within the flow. Product image, Product titles, URL, Price. I’m going absolutely crazy trying to figure this out so would appreciate any help or advice anyone has! We have an app and it seems all previews are pulling from the app, whereas I want to preview from the website 😵 Some screenshots to explain more: Standard flow template & events 

Hi Klaviyo Forums, I was setting up a test account and mistakenly integrated Shopify while completing the process. I quickly removed this integration, as I didn’t want anything on my main (production) account to be affected. It does look like some profiles and products from Shopify were synced. Did I negatively affect anything on my main account when I accidentally integrated Shopify? Also, are there any extra steps to ensure nothing was affected? Thanks in advance for the help.

I have created an app with Bubble.io that is kind of like AirBnb & Yelp, but for events. I want to be able to send an email to users one a week with events in their area that fits their criteria. API’s are fairly new for me, but I am thinking I need to create a Post call to send the JSON data to Klaviyo to send the data to my users. Is this even possible? Thanks! 

I made my email template on Canva, copy and pasted the unsubscribe tag from klaviyo to the footer of my template on canva.  Downloaded template as PNG then converted it to HTML. thereafter, went back to klaviyo to import the HTML file and got the error saying I haven’t included the unsubscribe tag.please help thanks

Hello!! I have just created a sign up form for new customers. I have chosen this to be a pop-up form with the hope that a small box would pop up on my homepage. A small box does pop up but it also has a background colour that covers the whole of the website homepage. How do I edit this so it just pops up on my homepage? Thank you!

Hello again, and thanks for all the previous help, I am back once more with a question on Sources! We have a list where we are trying to track how subscribers were put on it, there are several source codes, and it appears some are returning a code that could not have sent them to this list. are there certain codes that do not get overwritten? as it does appear the manual code -6 overwrites for the most part. Also is there a way for a list to support a second subscribe page with a separate source code?

Hi all,I’m trying to connect leads from Meta through to Klaviyo and feel like I’m going round in circles! I’ve completed the integration and connected up Facebook Advertising, I’ve also added the correct ad account under ‘Custom Audience Settings’ however when I get to ‘Lead Ad Settings’ and connecting the relevant Facebook page I can only see one page (which isn’t the correct one).I have all of the correct lead permissions and I’m admin across all pages in Meta Business Suite/Manager, however can only see the main page within Klaviyo and wondering what I am doing wrong, can anyone help please? 😬Thank you in advance! 

Let’s say I track product and category views, add to cart etc before the user has been identified.The user then goes to checkout - where we will do an identification after she provides her email.When we look in the profile in Klaviyo, there are only activities logged after the identification. The previous activities are “lost”. Is this by design?

Hi everyone, I recently completed email warmup for a new client after shifting from CM Commerce to Klaviyo.Part way through the warming up phase, our open and click rates suddently inflated from an average of 36% and 2% to as 60% and 8% respectively.Obviously, these are false/bot clicks and opens as they happened within 2 minutes of sending the email.I further analysed the data and 98% of the false opens and clicks are from Hotmail/Outlook. (Our SPF, DKIM, DMarc, etc are all properly set up.)I know false opens and clicks are expected but this is way higher than the normal.Does anyone have any suggestions to fix this issue?

I need to be able to reproduce two colors consistently across all the various elements.  I do not see where a color number or other such identifier can be copied, i.e. I have a green button existing in previously designed universal items and I would like to copy it and have it be purple (the specific purple already used in our logo).   Thank you -- I'm brand new to this program -- just started today.

Hi there. I have created a pop-up form and toggled the settings so that it should only show to new Klaviyo users, and the form should close once someone submits their info. But the form keeps popping up on every page, even after submission. I’ve cleared my cache and cookies. I’ve also tried to hack this so that the form only shows up on specific URLs, but it doesn’t make a difference. What am I doing wrong? I’ve taken a screenshot of the settings:

Hi there, I created a sign-up form that is embedded on my website and I would like people who sign up via this sign-up form to go to a different list from my other subscribers. But, it doesn't work and I don't understand the problem. People who register via this form do not appear in any list but when I look at the form statistics I see that there were two people who entered their email address (but I can’t find them anywhere). Also, when I go to this specific list, and in the 'sign-up forms' tab, I see the right form so I don't understand why it is written that there is 0 subscriber in the list. I hope I was clear enough in my explanations. Could you help me understand the problem ? Thank you so much, Alexia 

I am setting up an SMS program through Klaviyo (and connected to Shopify).How can I easily test and re-test the SMS sign up process? When testing email signups and flows, I just use different email addresses, but that is harder to do with SMS.If I sign up for SMS through a Klaviyo form, and then I send a flow, I want to be able to test it multiple times. Can I delete the profile and try again? What is the best method to be able to run through the SMS signup multiple times from start to finish?Thank you!!!

I am having trouble understanding why the pop up or fly out sign up forms cannot just have my website view as a background.It seems like I need to choose a complimentary color or upload an image.Is there a way for the sign up form pop up or fly out to appear where ever the customer is on my site, whether it’s the homepage or product page?
