Error when exporting Klaviyo template into Shopify

Hi,I’m trying to export my Klaviyo designed emails into Shopify. I have saved as templates in Klaviyo and am exporting the HTML over. However when I try and save and view in Shopify I receive an error message as shown below:  Please could someone tell me if this is and issue with Klaviyo or something I need to seek help with on Shopify? Thanks

Abandoned cart flow not working?

Hi, My abandoned cart flow has stopped working and I have researched but can’t work out why this is? I am using Klaviyo with Shopify. I wondered if anyone on the community might be able to help me resolve this as I find Klaviyo support incredibly slow. Even Klaviyo itself has flagged that this customer example should have been put into my abandon cart flow… but hasn’t.   Thanks

How to set currency to automatically show price without decimal point (£0)

Signup forms - Where are the rest of my signups?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me solve where some of my email signups have gone to?In total I have had 26 customers complete my signup form, these are meant to be added to my newsletter. However only 13 are on my newsletter list. I have the double opt in setting selected currently and I was wondering if this was having an impact? Thanks

Unique coupon not populated in email

Hi, I have created a newsletter signup form which means my customers will be added to my ‘welcome’ flow and sent a unique shopify 20% discount code. I have set up the discount code in Klaviyo and entered the piece of code into my email. However when I test the email, the unique code is not populated.  Please can someone help me resolve this issue asap? The test email shows this in the email body and it should be a unique code.   Thanks

Template error has 'endif' Issue with HTML export to Shopify

Hi, I have followed the steps on the Klaviyo guide to export my emails from the Shopify templates in Klaviyo to Shopify but despite this, I am still receiving error messages. When exported in Klaviyo and then pasted into Shopify I still receive this message.    I was assured by Klaviyo support that this would work and am really getting frustrated now!Please can someone help me?

Order Confirmation - Import items purchased into dynamic table

Hi!Am using Shopify integrated with Klaviyo and I’m currently creating my order confirmation email. I want to include an image, number of items purchased and price within a dynamic table within the email. However when I create the dynamic table and try to select those options, I have no information to select from:  Please would someone be able to help me resolve this issue? I’ve had enough of working through the helpful (but lengthy!) Klaviyo videos in trying to fix the issue. I want it to look like this:   ThanksKatie
