I've been unable to access Klaviyo Academy for several days. Every attempt gets stuck on a blank "Redirecting…" screen and never loads the actual content.
The URL it hangs on is:
cms.academy.klaviyo.com/en-us
This looks different from the normal academy.klaviyo.com address, so it may be a broken or misconfigured redirect on that specific "cms" subdomain.
What I've already tried (no luck with any of it):
- Logging into my main Klaviyo account first, then accessing Academy via SSO
- Clearing all browser cookies and browsing data
- Incognito/private browsing
- Two different browsers (Chrome and Edge)
- Creating a brand new account to test
I also contacted Klaviyo Support, who suggested the same steps above, but the issue persists.
Is anyone else experiencing this, or is this a known issue with the cms.academy.klaviyo.com subdomain? Any help pointing this in the right direction would be appreciated.
