As a small business, all I want to do at the moment is create a live link to tell Meta who my customers are. There would be around 3,000 customers at the moment, increasing 200 or so monthly.
I want to ask is this possible on the free version?
I did start using Klaviyo for emails a while back, but the cost does not work for me and the lack of support was incredibly frustrating and drove me away so have been using Shopify emails instead.

Klaviyo can sync customer lists directly to Meta as a live Custom Audience, but this feature is only available on a paid plan not the free version.
Since you're using Shopify Email, your best free option is to manually export your customer list from Shopify and upload it to Meta Ads Manager. It won’t update automatically, but it works for small businesses and can be updated monthly as your list grows.
If you ever decide to switch back to Klaviyo, even the lowest paid plan includes live audience sync, which can save time and improve ad targeting.
