Hello,

We are setting up an order confirmation for our customers through Klaviyo for our Big Commerce store. We are unable to figure out how to include variants in the order confirmation. For example, we need to include size, color or any other applicable variants to the order confirmation. How do we do that?

@CottageandBungalow Are you utilizing the automated Order Confirmation flow generated by Klaviyo or has it been configured manually? I understand that the flow is triggered by the "Placed Order" event, and if variant information is included in the Placed Order payload, it can be rendered within the email.

Could you please share a sample payload with any personally identifiable information removed? This may help us in making an inference.
