If you’re trying to remove custom properties from a group of profiles, you can now do this yourself with a CSV upload, so you shouldn’t need live chat or email support for that workflow.

1. Create a list or segment containing the profiles you want to update, then export the profiles.

2. Prepare a CSV with an Email column and a $unset column. In $unset, enter the property names to remove as a list, for example ["Property A", "Property B"].

3. Upload the CSV to a new or existing list and map $unset as a List field. Klaviyo will remove those properties from the profiles in the file.

This is different from deleting a custom property across the entire account or from dropdowns. That type of account-wide purge may still require Klaviyo Support. You also can’t unset the Klaviyo $id property through this process.
