Thank You flow not sending

Hi there,

I have a Thank you flow not sending to my customers. I have tried creating new flows, duplicating, adding past profiles and also got a colleague of mine who specialises in Klaviyo to take a look and confirm it is set up correctly. 

I want this flow to go to every person who places an order. 
I have a screen shot of my trigger attached - any help would be amazing please!!!!

@HandsHere you say you already have but no indication if it worked or not.  Your screenshot doesn’t show what I suggested, could you give my screenshot another look?

I’ve changed the parameters to match yours, hopefully it works now. Thanks
