Hi there,
Recently, I created some flows with some emails and tried to send them through as their tests; however, most of the emails' width are collapse.
If anyone can advise me, it would be greatly appreciated.

Could you share a bit more context? or maybe share some screenshots?
What email client or device are you seeing the collapsed layout in? For example, Gmail on desktop, Outlook, Apple Mail, or a mobile device? The cause can be very different depending on where it breaks.
Are you using a custom HTML template?If it's custom HTML, a missing or incorrect max-width declaration on the wrapper table is usually the problem

Hi Arpit,
Thank you so much for your prompt advice and sorry for taking so long to reply.
I tried to compare the email settings between proper email and collapped one and put the similar or the same settings. Then, they were successfully fixed!
