Can't reach email support

Flow = click support - “Your access to email support and live chat has expired. Check out plans for pricing and upgrade options.”

I click on plans
the options for support indicate that my free plan should have email support.

My issue is that ALL flows I have aren’t working correctly. No matter what I do, my edits to email messages do not update.
