Can't upgrade my account and can't access support. Stuck in an AI loop.

What an utter joke of an experience to start with!

Trying to upgrade my account and I get an “Unable to Checkout” error. I have tried four cards all with sufficient funds. All get the same error.

Tried to contact support. I cannot do that until I upgrade my account. AI chat bot keeps telling me to try again.

Tried to contact support via the Shopify app support button and got an email to say I have to use a paid account to contact support.

Leaves me feeling like this company isn’t capable of doing what I am trying to pay it to do because I can’t solve a simple issue!

@MistressCreativ I’m sorry you’ve had such a frustrating experience here.

I would suggest contacting the team through the account access request form and select Invoice inquiry.

When you submit it, I’d mention that you’re getting an Unable to Checkout error, you’ve already tried multiple cards, and you weren’t able to access the usual support path because the account isn’t paid yet. Let me know if this works.
