Hi Everyone! I’m currently having issues with my partnership application. I did not even receive a confirmation email that my application was received. It’s been about a week (which Klayvio mentioned it could take for approval) and I haven’t received any communication. Should I re-submit the application? I attempted to contact partners@klayvio.com but it seems that inbox is no longer monitored. Sent in another support email as well Has anyone else had issues with registration? I have two clients waiting to onboarding, hence the impatience! Thank you.

I connected my Klaviyo account to BigQuery using Fivetran and am using Fivetran’s dbt model for Klaviyo. Dbt model applies a pure last-touch attribution logic.When I compare total revenue, it matches the Klaviyo dashboard. However, when I break down revenue by flow or campaign, the numbers don’t match the Klaviyo overview dashboard.Does Klaviyo’s overview dashboard use a pure last-touch attribution model, or is there an additional logic applied?

I own a comedy club and use klaviyo’s sms service to send out free ticket offers. My sms list is small (850) but it’s growing quickly. The club only holds 90 people and I don’t want to send out free ticket offers to everyone, every time. I’d like to divide my list into segments of 200 each. This way I can send out free ticket offers to different groups every week. How would I go about doing that? 

Hey folksI’m setting up my attribution window, but I don’t understand when it starts. Does it start with my Email campaign being received by my contact, or by my contact opening or clicking on my Email?Does anyone have a better understanding? Thanks

Hi there, I am trying to create an abandonded checkout flow which is triggered off the checkout started trigger.  I duplicated the new flow from the Shopify Abandonded Cart Flow. When testing the checkout flow the images and product information is not appearing.  This is the codeimg: {{ event.URL }}description: {{ event|lookup:'Product Name'|default:'' }} Price: {% currency_format event|lookup:'Price'|floatformat:2 %}link: {{ event.URL }} What are the correct codes to show someone what was in their checkout and take them directly to checkout?  Cheers

Hello,The issue I'm facing is that the dynamic checkout URL in the received checkout email redirects to the homepage instead of the product checkout page when anyone triggers the abandoned checkout process in one Google window and receives the abandoned checkout email in a different Google window.However, the same window redirects to the appropriate checkout product page if the abandon checkout is triggered and the received checkout email is opened in the same window.Checkout url: {{ event.extra.checkout_url}}This is my first time facing such an issue. Hello, pretty simple question and yet I’m surprised I only found one post about it from 2 years ago. I am wondering if there is an app (I don’t see one anywhere, so I imagine the answer is naturally, no.) I can’t imagine that one of the biggest email marketing companies out there do not have an app, but it seems to be the case… am I right? I’m curious why that is? It’s really a letdown. After being with Klaviyo now for three months, it is my #1 request.
