+4I received a reply to one of my Klaviyo campaigns, but the reply came from a no-reply email address, and when I try to look up the person in Klaviyo, the email address does not exist in my Profiles.
I want to search for this recipient (or find out who they are) using the email address they replied from, but Klaviyo search shows no matching profile.

It’s likely that this happened because an email address that IS a profile in your account has a forwarding system set up that forwards emails to another email address. Addresses that get forwarded emails won’t automatically become profiles in your account. So the most likely scenario is that this address was forwarded your campaign from one of your profiles, and they then responded to the campaign. There wouldn’t be a foolproof way to find out which profile forwarded your campaign, but there may be some clues. Does the address that replied to you have a certain uncommon domain that it may share with the profile (like a school or business domain)? Is there any information in their reply to you that states where they received the email from? When you look at the headers of the email you received, does it show any indication that the email they replied to was forwarded?
If so, then you might be able to figure out who the original recipient of this campaign was. If there are no clues like this, it unfortunately may not be possible to track this info down.
