Spam test tools are a great way to quickly gauge the sender’s inbox placement; however, you should ultimately focus more on your Klaviyo data instead of over-relying on seed list test results. If your results indicated that there is a widespread spam issue for your account, you would see this reflected in open rates. We always recommend comparing the seed list test results with their Klaviyo data. For example, if the seedlist test reports that a high percentage of emails sent to Gmail were placed in spam folders, then we would expect the open rates to reflect that (i.e., lower open rates). If you halt sending for a period of time, it is recommended that you re-warm your dedicated sending domain before you go back to your normal sending cadence. Inbox providers like to see consistency (in both volume and engagement), and if they notice that a specific sender resumes sending after a while, they will potentially flag that sender as suspicious. Note that you don’t need to go through the whole warm up process again. Depending on the type of bounces you are receiving, it is possible that a bounce can have a negative impact on your sender reputation. Hard bounces are permanent errors that often signify the sender is employing poor practices, such as list purchasing, bad list hygiene, or a bad opt-in funnel. As hard bounces are something that the sender can control, elevated hard bounces will affect the sender’s reputation. Meanwhile, soft bounces are caused by  a temporary error (e.g., full inbox) that is out of the sender’s control. Hi all,I am looking for suggestions please on the best way to track LTV on a weekly basis.We are making various improvements on the site  (magento) and email messaging for customer retention.To drive this activity I want to track customer lifetime value or a good similar indicator to show if this number is heading up or down.If LTV is not available through Klavio, perhaps an easy way to see the %of weekly orders who have purchased before?Any pointers or suggestions? thanks,Alan

I manage 4 Klavyio accounts integrated with Shopify, and a customer "viewed product" (same product) on all 4 websites. However, only in one account the event was included in the activity feed. Any idea why it is happening?  

I’m working on a brand new Woocommerce site that is NOT live yet..the Klaviyo integration seems to be working fine (I see active on site and checkout started data), however, I don’t see any of the default Klaviyo property data when I’m trying to create flows. Is it because the site is not live and has no orders?Also, my signup form is not being detected on the site - is this also because the site’s not live?

Is anyone else experiencing really low open rates this past week? We were at 20+ consistently over the last and the last 3 campaigns we’ve experienced a significant dip in open rates (less than 10%). Would really appreciate any insight or advice!

Trying to figure out why there are discrepancies in the measured opens and clicks metrics in campaign performance report vs multi-metrics report?

Hey guys, I believe I may be having difficulties with the browse abandonment trigger for one of my stores. When i go into the metrics it doesn’t show it tracks. However it does track the site abandonment. Just wondering if there is a particular snippet i would have to add in commerceHQ or if the same snippet applies.Just so you know, my store was migrated from shopify to commerceHQ.

What is the best practice to land on mail inbox tab for gmail users? I tested my abandoned cart flow and all mails landed on promotions tab. I have low open rate and I’m almost sure it is b’coz of this ( When I was sending directly from Shopify, I had better open rate).So, Can anyone tell how can I do this? Is there any spacial code or HTML tag/script to avoide this?Thanks in advanced! <3

Hello!I would like to improve my welcome flow as currently it is extremely long and our averages are decreasing due to the later emails that aren’t performing as well. In thinking about strategy and how to improve the flow, I would love to figure out when I should introduce possibly more aggressive offers in the welcome flow. Meaning, let's say once a subscriber goes beyond X days without placing an order. they are unlikely to ever place an order.How can I calculate this with the information I have in Klaviyo?  Thank you! 

Hey all!I like many have Klayvio integrated with both Shopify and Facebook and I run lead generation ads to get followers for my list. Is it possible to see the lifetime number of Ordered Products broken down by list in the analytics section? Having trouble finding it, though the engagement report showing AOV per list leads me to believe that the info must exist somewhere. Thank you!

Who knows an easy way to load klaviyo js files or rewrite those js files getting loaded on your site from your own domain? Is there an alternative besides download/uploading these files (and having to keep them up to date)?Basically rewriting the requests to the klaviyo trackers through your own domain preventing them from being blocked? It would be great if we could have something similar in the lines of how whitelabeling of email domain works for Klaviyo. 

Hi there,I just discovered Klaviyo, the possibilities to boost our e-commerce seem crazy!I've done the Woocommerce integration, all the events are correctly uploaded in Klaviyo EXCEPT the Started Checkout ones.This is clearly a problem for my abandoned shopping cart flow. 😢Do you have an idea why only this feed doesn't come up?Can you help me?

I noticed that most of the profiles that opens an email, opens it more than once. In many cases, the report shows two or more opens in the same minute or in a short period of time. Why does that happen? I find it unusual that so many customers opens the same email several times in a row.Maybe I set something wrong?

Is there a way to pull a report to show email revenue by day derived from Klaviyo within Klaviyo? Vs by campaign?
