I have RFM data in Excel. I have data grouped by customer, with one row per customer. I have: 1. Number of purchases per customer. 2. Cumulative amount in dollars per customer. 3. Date of last purchase. Can I upload this information to Klaviyo (I have the analytics module) to perform RFM analysis?Or what columns should my CSV file have to perform the analysis?

Hey @juancabral,

Just to add to what Talha mentioned, it’s currently not possible to upload a CSV file that directly updates the RFM data in Klaviyo. That being said, if you have historical orders that are not yet in Klaviyo, you can upload the event data using the process outlined in this doc. Let me know if this makes sense!
