Logo not uploading properly into welcome series flow email

I am having problems uploading my logo into the header/link bar block. I am selecting the block “Logo Centred” and yet the logo is appearing on the left half of the block and the right half has the text “shop now”Why isn’t the logo aligning to the centre as selected?When I delete the text section on the right, the logo disappears too and that block becomes a thick black line going across the top of the email. Why is that, can’t I just have a central aligned logo in that section without text?I just want a clickable logo in that section that is centre aligned so why isn’t it doing this?What logo size do I need?When I resize the logo it is NOT changing the logo size when I click save.I would have thought that uploading a logo would be simple straightforward but it appears to be very hard with Klaviyo!

Campaign or Flow for optins on popup form on my website?

Hi, I am new to this Klaviyo so a bit confused where to start. I want to start collecting emails from a pop up form on my website in exchange for a post about 3 simple tips for improvement in my niche. The emails after that initial one from the popup form will form part of a newsletter with tips and product promotions.Do I need to set up a flow for this or a campaign?

Did I do this flow correctly? Abandoned cart .

Hi! I'm new to klaviyo and I was using the Abandoned Cart Reminder flow for quite some time. It was working great! But I was receiving emails from customers that told me that they got an email even after purchasing in this flow:(are you sure you want to leave these items EVEN after purchasing!) So I was confused how did this happen? So I added this conditional split to my flow and I was wondering if I did it correctly :) Please let me know Best regards,Ser

Why are my Emails getting clipped in Gmail?

Hi,So I have this issue from sometime now and need to solve it.Normally our email campaigns are not very long so they don’t have to be clipped but we do have sometimes more sales at once and need to show them all in an email campaign so, of course, the email is clipped and when I click on the “read entire message” link, the email appears so distorted that you can’t understand anything from the email.How can I do it so that it shows exactly how it appears in the preview mode, no distortion or moving parts. Could anybody please help me with some advice?Thank you in advance. Facebook Lead Ads not always triggering Welcome emails

Okay, so I have already contacted support regarding this issue, who have been somewhere less than helpful, haven’t read the information correctly that I have given them and are now ignoring me without fixing the issue when I dared to suggest it was a Klaviyo issue and not something that I had done.So, please can anybody out there help me or get me through a Support representative that actually gives a (you can enter your own expletive here).The problem i have is that when a subscriber is populated from a Facebook Lead Ad, they should be added to my Welcome Flow, but sometimes this doesn’t happen. Klaviyo are saying that it is because I changed the filter in the flow, which I did, but only because the of the problem and when it made difference I reset it back to how it was originally. So, on that front, the problem existed both before and after the filter changes.I pointed that out to support, and mentioned that even in the last 24 hours only 50% of Lead Ads subscribers entered the Welc

Include "continue shopping" link in form/newsletter flow?

I have a popup with a promise of a discount code for newsletter subscribers on all of my product pages. On submission, the user then enters my “welcome to the newsletter” flow. The coupon code is added to the email and it works perfectly. I’d like to add a “continue shopping” button with a link to the product page where they submitted the form so the user can simply copy the coupon code and click to keep shopping. I’ve tried the {{ event.URL }} variable, but since the event that triggered the flow is the form submission (not a product view), it seems the event has no URL. Any ideas?

Email not being sent

I have set up a flow in my klaviyo account. But the emails are not being sent to the subscribers? None of the flows are sending emails ( I have set up correct triggers)  Can someone please help?

Is it possible to increment/decrement a property in a flow?

I’d like to create a property on a contact that acts as a counter. When a specific event happens, the property for that contact should get incremented. When another event happens, the property should get decremented. Is that possible? I only see the option to assign a specific value to a property.

Triggering of Automation on Import to list

I am trying to trigger a automation to send a unique discount code to a user in adding them manuallyor importing to a list. The campaign is based is a redemption offer on a product which is free. I want to be able to add or import via csv and trigger an email with a unique code. I want to add them on the list to stop people abusing the code so has to be unique to the customer and only be abled to be used once. The reason I want to do i manually is to get around the code being shared, do you have any setting where i can trigger this on IMPORT of ADDING Manually to a list.

Using a Custom field via Zapier for personalization

Hi all - We’ve linked our internal customer database with klaviyo via Zapier and want to pull a custom username field into our emails, but we’re not seeing the option to do so. The Test email shows that the integration works:But the option doesn’t display on the drop down:  Any help on how to connect the two would be much appreciated. How do I target browse abandonment users based on a specific product type or category they viewed?For example - if someone viewed a t-shirt from the men’s category, how can I send then an email with reviews about t-shirts.Similarly,  if someone viewed a top. from the women's category, how can I send then an email with reviews about tops.Instead of using the standard flow, how can I create a more personalised touch to it? Please let me know your suggestions.

Populating tracking number from Shopify

HI! I´m using Shopify, when implementing the shipping confirmacion standard flow it seems that it´s not taking the tracking no. nor the tracking url. I´m shipping thru an app called Packling. Does anyone know where this information is populating from? Event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_number{{ event.extra.fulfillments.0.tracking_url }}

Age Defined Trigger Filter

We’ve got a virtual softball coaching product on Shopify where certain coaches cannot interact with clients older than a certain age, due to NCAA recruiting guidelines. If we had Shopify customers define the age of the customer at checkout , is there a way to setup a post-purchase flow in Klaviyo where all customers below a certain age receive a text invite from a certain coach and all customers over a certain age receive a text invite to another coach?

Image links and alt text in the new editor

I’ve started using the new editor and facing the following: If I have multiple images in the template they all update to the same alt text and link and it’s impossible to set different values for each image. Has anyone else seen this or found a way around? It’d be too late to switch to the old editor last minute and it’s important to have several links in my campaign.

Why is my Abandoned Cart Flow not Working with Woocommerce?

Hi there!I am looking for some help, please.I have been facing some issues with an abandoned cart flow I created for a customer. His account is integrated to a Woocommerce shop.The problem is that the 'Return to Cart' button does not work.I used the default button (the one in the Klaviyo template), and followed the guidelines on the 3 following pages: -Klaviyo's guide-Forum page 1-Forum page 2But nothing seems to work.I guess this has to do with WooCommerce. If someone has faced and solved a similar issue in the past or has any idea whatsoever as to how to solve it, it would be of a great help!Thank you in advance for your attention guys!Best wishes,Jad

Does replying to an email count as an email click?

I am working on a list cleaning flow and set “Open Email AND Clicked Email” as the metrics to exit the flow; however I’ve found some subscribers are replying that they want to stay on my email list.I looked, and don’t see “Reply” as a possible metric to add as an “OR” option, but am wondering if replying already counts as a click? Thanks.
