Display one-time universal block when user has been subbed for a set amount of time?

Hi There,I’m fairly new to flows so forgive me if there is a more obvious way of doing this. I’d like to show people who have subscribed to our newsletter for 90 days a block that lets them know that, but I really only want to display the message once. I’ve created a flow that adds a property to active readers subbed more than 90 days which I can use as a conditional logic to add the block to the top of the newsletter, but I’m absolutely lost in trying to work out how to stop the block appearing on every subsequent email they receive. I guess I could make a flow at (for example) 92 days that amends the property to something else so that the conditional block doesn’t show any more, but by doing it that way there’s no guarantee that they’ll see the block if they don’t open any email in that window right? Again, sorry if I’m over complicating this!

Shipping update email

I have a table in my shipping update email.  Why are these pictures like these? I am guessing it is a problem with the dynamic table settings. Can someone help me identify what will go in here? The part images are not there aren’t actually products and should not be there in the first place and I am not sure why it is beign displayed since they are not actual products but sub categories of collections. If there is a way to remove it, that would be great!

How to exclude Shopify POS sales from a post purchase flow for online sales only

Hey there,  I only want to send a post purchase flow once order has been fulfilled to our online customers. Unfortunately our in store customers (Shopify POS) are confused as to why they’re getting these emails that mention about delivery and shipping etc Is there a way to exclude Shopify POS orders from the post purchase flow and have them only go out to those who ordered online. Many thanksNieve

Conditional Split Abandoned Cart

I want to create a conditional split that splits my abandoned cart flow by the amount that is in their abanoned cart. For example, we offer free shipping over $299 i want to split emails to send above $299 send them a 10% off coupon and then if its under $299 send them a free shipping coupon.How do i do the configuration what are the triggers for this?

Back in stock: second email if product is delayed

Hey,We have a back in stock flow working really well. However, one of our high value and high demand products (a bicycle) has been out of stock for three months and due to some issues it will continue to be out of stock for another three months. I want to email back in stock subscribers who have been signed up over a month for the product and let them know it is not back in stock, yet but it is coming and in production. I want to try and retain their interest, remind them we’re still here in the hope they don’t choose to purchase elsewhere.I don’t want to email people who have just signed up. I don’t really want to send a campaign, I was hoping to create a flow, where the trigger was once they have been signed up for over 45 days we email them an update.Should I make a separate flow? and if so what would the triggers be?Should I build a second branch into my back in stock flow? and again I’m not quite sure what my triggers would be to isolate that product. Thanks Claire

Giveaway in exchange for a subscription - how do I enter those already subbed?

Hello!I’m doing a little giveaway to see if I can get a few more subscribers. I know this isn’t the best way to get quality subs, but I’m giving it a try just to see what happens.I’m using Klaviyo directly for this, following their instructions: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000798472#:~:text=Learn%20how%20to%20run%20a,a%20contest%20strictly%20using%20Klaviyo.However, there’s nothing in the article regarding what happens with people who are already subscribed. Do I ask them to subscribe again, considering they’ll be added to a new list? I’m not sure how to tackle this.If you have any best practice advice, I’d also appreciate that. Thanks in advance!

Can I use duplicate coupon codes for different flows?

Hi there, I just became worried that my customers can get multiple coupon codes as I use different coupon codes in various flows. The one that is troubling me most is my abandoned cart and my added to cart flow.  My current abandoned cart has a 10% discount code (dynamic) valid for 48 hours that triggers 24 hours after someone has started checkout. Can I use the same coupon code that I use in my abandoned cart flow for my added to cart flow? I want to offer the same incentive with the same time-frame.  Will there be a problem if I use the same coupon code or should I add a flow filter or create a whole new dynamic coupon code for my added to cart flow? I want to make sure they don’t get two discount codes that they can use. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Review Reward Flow - Conditional Split might be wrong?

Hi Klaviyo community, I use Klaviyo reviews and use the review reward flow. I have added a conditional split for people who leave media to receive a different incentive vs. someone who doesn’t leave media.  One of my customers left media and they got the wrong email. See attached my conditional split. They received the email that links to the no pathway. Can someone help me by telling me where I’m going wrong. Thanks!

Issue with Abandoned Cart flow

Hi all. I have noticed my Abandoned Cart flow is not working correctly and I’m not sure why.I have the flow set up so that if a person:‘has started checkout at least once since starting this flow where items containts product X’ they receive emails tailored for the X product,if they haven’t it goes into the next split where if a person:‘has started checkout at least once since starting this flow where items containts product Y’ they receive email tailored for the Y product’otherwise they receive emails for all other products.My problem is that my customer has started checkout with the X product, have started receiving emails for all other product. I have attached a screenshot in order to clarify my issue. Thank you in advance!

Personal Unique Discount Codes for Abandoned Shopify Checkouts

Hello,  I want to create a flow automation with following conditions. I could not find any solution for this. I’m not sure it’s possible with Klaviyo. When customer left their checkout:If checkout value is more than $500 > create a unique personal 10% coupon code for this customer’s specific cart then send an automation email with 10% discount code.Discount code should be dynamic and only valid for this customers and their cart.

Hello!I am currently working on integrating product blocks into my email, but the styling seems pretty limited. Is there a way beyond the product block to customize? For example, I want to be able to change the product image shown and maybe split the price + reduced price into two lines.Anyone know if/how this is possible? Thank you!

Running a competition flow - win/loss ratio

HELP! We're wanting to run a competition and have a flow in Klaviyo, use the Conditional Split (99% Randon Sample). This will give me a 1/100 win / lose. How can I create a 1/200 win lose or 1/400 win lose for example?

Photos are not appeaing in cart abandonment emails and the whole block is missing in mobile view

Hi I’m setting up an abandoned cart flow, and now I have this issue where the abandoned cart product images are not showing, but the link is working (like you can click the place where the image should be and it’ll go to the right product).I’ve tried the suggestions by another similar post, but it didn’t work. My configurations are these.And the configuration I used for the image is this one found from the other post:{% if item.product.variant.images.0.src %}{{item.product.variant.images.0.src}}{%else%}{{item.product.images.0.src|missing_product_image}}{%endif%} Another problem is that when I switch to mobile view, nothing is there. I really need help with this. Does anyone know how to deal with this?Also, thanks for reading the post.

Hello Klaviyo Community!We want to have a popup on a page, where already exists an embed form for subscribers (newsletter). When people subsribe, they receive welcome flow.This popup, will have a code for discount. We would like to prevent existing subsribers to sign up for newsletter, just to get discount, but we want them all (subscribers from embed form and popup) on the same list or segment. What would happen if I change the time delay of a live Klaviyo flow?

Hi there,I have a confusing question in regards to the Klaviyo Flows. We currently have a live flow as below:Trigger: When someone has the tag XXX → wait 1 day → 1st Email → wait 1 month → 2nd EmailAfter an internal discussion, we  would like to change my time delay to this:Trigger: When someone has the tag XXX → wait 15 mins → 1st Email → wait 3 days → 2nd EmailHowever, there are still 2 customers in the waiting of 2nd Email. Can anyone tell me what would happen if I change the time delay? Would those 2 customers be skipped? Or would they receive the 2nd Email immediately?Thanks for helping out!

Embroidery - Delayed Fulfillment Flow

Hi Klaviyo Community, I have the option of adding embroidery on to some of the tops I sell. I live in a country that experiences huge power outages. I created the attached flow to update customers on their embroidery order as I’m getting heaps of mails asking for updates.  I just want to find out if the flow filters I’ve used are correct?  The automation should only send out to people who have placed an order with embroidery selected and they shouldn’t get email 2 if the order is fulfilled in the 7 day window between email 1 and email 2.  Any guidance will be greatly appreciated. Warm regards,Rox

Shopify/Klaviyo: is there a way to send better product recommendations?

Hi All,We are using Klaviyo for a Shopify brand that has thousands of products (apparel store with graphic tees).We want to build out a flow in Klaviyo that sends out regular emails (ex: few times per week), that acts like a newsfeed that contains product recommendations based on the topic category of the graphic tee they purchased (ex: customers who purchased dog shirts to only be recommended dog shirts and people who purchased cat shirts only get recommended cat shirts).I've been searching but can't seem to find any tools or a method that can recommend products that any given customer is more likely to buy, but keep the product recommendations fresh.Klaviyo has ways to create product feeds to get part way there, but.... If we were to set this up as a flow to send multiple times per week, each customer will likely keep getting fed the same products. Is there some way we can only show products that have not already been recommended to that customer? Klaviyo has an option to show "Pro

Email - Product block for desktop 3 columns but for mobile 2 columns

Hello, I’ve been sending call to action emails where I offer products for customers to buy, with one header banner and then products bellow it. Problem is because I use product block with 3 columns and it looks great on desktop, but on mobile it shows product in 1 column only. I’d like for mobile to make it 2 columns instead of 1. I know about unchecking “STACK ON MOBILE” but all that does is make it in 3 columns on mobile which becomes unreadable.Is this doable in Klaviyo?

We have a florist businessWe create a custom profile field as a birthday reminder - and upload via CSV the date the birthday gift is sentWe then created a flow that wentPlaces Order, and has the field of birthday in the a window of +/-7daysWait 360 daysSend Reminder email It isnt triggering. Thoughts ive hadAs we are uploading the data we are adding this property after placed order. So should the flow be Placed order Wait 360 days check for birthday field Send reminder email if present We are uploading this field as a date e.g. 14/09/2023 So when it looks in 360 days - the date would never be in the +/- 7 day window Looking for ideas on how to set this up and manage it to work
