What does the term "wait until person's created" mean?

Apoplogies, I’m really new to this.What does the term "wait until person's created" mean?To put this into context, I’m trying to set up the Countdown to Birthday flow and the target date delay says simply “wait until person’s created” - and I don’t know what this means. Can anyone help me out, please?

Creating a Product Review

Hey Everyone, I’m trying to create a Product Review flow where after 14 days of their purchase, with filters for only specific products, they’ll get an email with the Product Name/URL they they purchased to leave a review for it.However, I can’t seem to figure out what properties I need inside the email.. for this to work.

Klaviyo Popup not working

My created Klayvio popup for exit intent does not seem to be working.  I have it set to appear to all visitors without a delay to test, cleared the cache.  It may be incompatible with another app that I’m using.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

API - revenue not matching UI and list of events in each flow

We're having trouble matching up data we're pulling to what's in the Klaviyo UI. We're trying to analyze metrics at specific steps within flows. We're currently pulling the metrics timeline endpoint (https://a.klaviyo.com/api/v1/metrics/timeline) for all events and trying to match up the events revenue to what's in the UI, but having trouble in doing so. For many events it seems we have no revenue data from the API, whereas in the UI we are seeing it. Also, we're wondering if there's a way in the API to see the full list of events in each flow? Ideally we could get a flow_id and event_id with metrics for a given time period. Thank you, Wing

Date Properties are not visible in Flow Trigger filter

I am sending a metric(Natal Client) to Klaviyo with 2 properties. One is string type(Natal Type) while other is date type(Natal Date). But date type property is not visible in dropdown of Trigger Filter of Flow. Can someone help me figure out why this could be happening.

Sending confirmation emails on orders with custom product options

We have clients who allow for products to have custom add-ons added during checkout.  For example, jersey comes with no name or number on the back and customer selects to print a number as well as the player name on the back.  That’s a custom option that not every customer selects.In klaviyo order confirmation email template, how can we be sure to show that using event parameters coming from Magento 2?  I’m looking at the preview and going through all the fields but I don’t see the custom event that holds this information.  Has anyone done something like this?  I know transactional emails are not the bread and butter of Klaviyo features but I’d love some input from anyone who’s done this, especially with Magento 2.

Problem With buttons abandoned checkut

Hello,I have that problem, i started flows with abandoned checkout, everyting is fine on preview,  ( photo 1) but after send testing e-mail buttons are not clickable and i dont see the photo, why? (photo 2)

Language settings for newsletter?

 Currently our shopify store has 2 languages, so we have two sets of newsletter, english & spanish. How can we add this 'condition' for email flows such as abandon cart, browse abandonment etc.?

Forms and Type of Flow?

I’m trying to figure out what kind of Flow is needed to initiate emails to people who subscribe to a particular lead magnet (form). I assume there may be a way to ad a form id somewhere to trigger a flow? Any specifics would be appreciated.

Tracking number not shown

Hello,I´m doing a few tests with the flows, I noticed that the tracking number it´s not shown at the customer email, I already placed a order and the provider already send the product with the tracking number.In orders of shopify the same, the tracking number it´s there, but i don´t know why I can not see it in the email.Can someone help me?Thanks!

Order Confirmation, not received and address not shown

Hi,Today I made a sale by myself in my store, but I realized that I didn´t receive the email from Klaviyo, I received it from Shopify automatic email. All the Order Confirmation flow are live, I don´t know why I didn´t received it from Klaviyo.And also, on the address details it only shows the first row of the adress, I can only see the street name, I can not see the rest of the number and flat number.Can someone help me, please?Thanks!

Different sending domain

Hi,I am using Klaviyo, its connected to my Shopify store. (Yeslicense)For some flows, I would like to use a different sending address (Golicences) - I know where I need to modify that and I noticed that it worked when I did a sending test.Howevr, when I am looking into the Gmail header, I see “via yeslicense.com” or mailed by “send.yeslicense.com” etc.Question: is it good practice to do that ? Even if it’s working, I am afraid to not follow good practices and having the risk of seeing my reputation affected.Thanks for your support

Imported fonts showing preview but changes when sent out

Started checkout on Magento 2

Hello,My store is Magento 2 and I am testing the started checkout trigger to test abandoned cart mails. The problem is that I can't trigger the started checkout status on my site and I don't know why. Does anyone else have a similar problem? Thanks.

Abandoned Cart - Flow not accurate

Hi, I have been using the Abandoned Cart flow feature from Klaviyo and came accross a strange behaviour:Situation: A customer has been able to convert a cart from Checkout Started to Placed Order. Issue: Despite the customer has fully placed the order, it seems the customer has been “tagged” or flagged with a checkout started which placed my customer into the “Abandoned Cart” flow.  Questions:1/ What is the flow to be changed to be sure that if the customer has fully completed/placed the order then the customer shouldn't be flagged/seen into the “Abandoned Cart” flow.2/ When checking the “Customer Thank you” flow where it flags customer who has fully placed order, this customer is not in this flow (which is wrong as the customer has completed her cart and placed the order), Does something need to be change here too? (as i want the process to be accurate and flag/process the customers to the right flow). Many thanks and kind regards

Problems with text size on mobile

Hi, I’ve just created my first ever workflow as I recently signed up to Klaviyo. I followed the template. On first email, the text is a good size for mobile. On the second and third emails in the flow, the text is really small on mobile. I’ve changed it manually but it actually says the same as the first email 14px. Does anyone have any idea why it would be doing this?I don’t really want to manually change the mobile size each time and it’s odd that it’s fine in one email but not in another.Thank youRuth

Back in Stock Flow Not Working

Hello I’m wondering why my Back in Stock flow is not adding email to subscriber listBack in Stock snippet is successfully installed on ShopifyProblem isWhen I subscribe to the list and check Back in Stock delay activity there are no profiles added Even when I test the product and add a stock there is no updates on Back in Stock reportCan anyone have any idea how to make this work? Welcome email & purchase flow advice

Hi there, I’ve created my welcome series, which consists of a 10% discount code when people sign up to the newsletter and then I send the social media info and finally a list of our bestsellers.But, how do I stop people getting the flow if they have been signed up as a result of purchasing?Second question - if someone purchases after the 1st or 2nd email, will they automatically go into my post purchase flow (which i need to set up) and won’t finish this flow or will they get both?Many thanks for your help.

Hi Guys - hoping someone can assist.Im new to Klaviyo and starting to get my head round the conditions but im struggling with a few.BackgroundI sell Dog leads and Harnesses on my website safely-secured.comI have sold out of some sizes and these are now on PRE-SALE.SolutionCan someone please help me with my flow so that when someone buys a product thats on Pre-Sale, they don’t get the usual ‘thankyou for buying’ email, but instead another one saying ‘thanks for buying on pre-sale’Below is the current flow.  Any advice would be greatly received.Matt

Hi,I have created a Flow " Customer Thank You - New vs Returning. I inserted a conditional split that says" Has ordered product where tags contains "on-demand" once over all time.It means that he purchased a product that is currently holding this tag or that he has purchased a product that had/has this tag "on-demand"?

I am trying to share few of flows with a friend. I don’t want to go through the whole process of adding him as a user to my account. Is there any way to do this? I just want to know if there's a way for someone to flow content without adding them as a user to the account.

How to remove default sign up form

I created the Klaviyo form, published, embedded it within my coming soon page but I cannot get rid of Shopify default sign up form. I know there’s a way you can redirect Shopify’s forms to Klaviyo but I’ve spent hours trying to get this far on my own and I would just like to keep it simple and remove the default form. Klaviyo’s form is the upper right, Shopify’s default is in the middle. I would like the Klaviyo form centered with everything else. Thanks.
