Subdomain - Offer Different Popups/Sales/Flows? Same sending domain

Hi, Wondering what’s the best way to set it up so I can have separate flows, popups etc for different subdomains (.com and .com/ca) as Canadian and USD prices are different, as are the sales.The sending domain is still the same for both, info@.com Do I need 2 Klaviyo accounts, using the same sending domain?

Welcome Series Flow Issue

Hi everyone,I recently created my welcome email series and linked it to a targeted list that already has subscribers. I've scheduled this for 8 AM PST today, but I am not receiving a single email, which I set up. What do you think I should do?I'm afraid that my target audience isn't getting the emails either. I checked that the flow is active and linked to the right list, but I'm not sure whether there's a delay or issue with the setup.Thank you!

Understanding webhook url and header.

 Lead scoring in klaviyo?4 different flows that adds certain amount of points to the lead score property value.I need help answering these 6 questions.But I won't seam to get it to work.The Json body is all done but that's about it. Tried reading but don’t understand Header? what to write? The business public api or make a private api? Change the "token" in the json body? If i want to remove points from the value, what word do I replace the “add” with?

Order Confirmation | Purchase Date

Where can I find the purchase date tag (for each purchase)? I tried to find it but I couldn’t. I could only find the first purchase date, but that doesn’t work for an order confirmation email because the first purchase is not the same as the second/third or 100th purchase. Does anyone have an answer?

Filter products by Variant

Hoping someone can help with the following, any help much appreciated.We sell wall panels and on each product there is 2 Variants, the full panel or a sample.we are trying to create a flow that when a customer orders a sample they receive an email with the product or products they ordered.I can’t get my head around what it could be in the conditional split.So for example if someone ordered a sample of a black marble panel & a white marble panel,we want them to get an email that is like which one did you prefer so then we can boost the conversions for people who ordered samples or atleast get feedback as we see quite alot of people drop off after samples.

Can I get Analytics from a Cancelled Campaign ?

I had an email campaign scheduled for April 6 at 4:08 p.m and Canceled During Send on April 6 at 4:23 p.m. During that time it went out to everyone, 99.8% delivery rate. You can technically say the campaign still went out. It doesn’t come up in my reporting though, is there a way of pulling the analytics for these types of campaigns. Also I find it strange how archived campaign show up in analytics but canceled campaigns don’t.

SMS Yes/No Flow

I do not understand how to set up an SMS flow where the customer responds with yes and so it follows with more information. I found someone else asked a similar question, someone followed up with a confusing answer and when they said they didn’t understand, no one ever responded to them.  This was 3 months ago.   I want to send and SMS that says, “hey you want this thing?” and they respond yes or no.  If they respond yes, then a new SMS is sent with info.

Why my campaign cancelled?

I found the same frustration in the community. Please check this link. https://community.klaviyo.com/campaigns-and-flows-30/why-is-klayvio-cancelling-my-campaign-sending-14822?postid=56639#post56639 I followed ArpitBanjara 's response to check the content and set up again. Everything is fine but I just can't send the email out. It keeps saying that the unsubscribe link missed. What should I do?

Is it possible to use one cloned flow from another account?

I’ve integrated Klaviyo API in my project. I’ve multiple accounts linked to my parent account, and mine is not an admin account. I’ve cloned one of the existing flow, but within my account. If I made the flow live, and triggered that email from my code, does this works or will throw any error?

Recent product demo flow

I am looking to create an automated flow that will be sent to potential customers who have recently tried our products at an in-person demo event.In order to try our product at this event they will have to sign a waiver where they are required to give their email and to select 1-3 of the products that they are going to be trying. I’m thinking of using a Klaviyo sign-up form or a Typeform to handle this. I would like to use the information to enter them into a flow that sends them a series of emails with the products that they tried during the demo. Is this possible to implement using Klaviyo?

Abandoned cart: email sent after customer removes item from cart

We have a sequence of 3 emails in the abandoned cart flow (WooCommerce installation).If somebody completes purchase during the flow, the subsequent emails are not sent.How do we similarly prevent the remaining abandoned cart emails being sent to somebody who has removed the items in their shopping cart?

2nd Email of Flow is not Sending?

Hello Klaviyo Community,I made my flow campaign to nurture leads every once in a week. When I imported the list, its send the first email fine. However, its not sending the 2nd email. Even with smart sending on, still there is a gap of 7 days so it should not be a problem.Below is the screenshot of the flow campaign

Why is Klayvio cancelling my campaign sending?

I have created a campaing, I have the subscribers in the database, I have 2 unsubscribe links in the email (It says I have none!). I do not understand why when I click the send now button I get a cancelled message right away for the send… It is a simple email.

Can anyone explain how to set up a flow where a follow-up message is sent when a customer answers "yes" to a yes or no question? I think I've set it up incorrectly using the conditional split details. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Conditionals not working correctly

Hello,I am trying to add a conditional into my plain text campaign. I’ve followed all the steps but still getting no where. Whenever I preview the email nothing is showing, no part of the ‘if’ or the ‘else’. It’s as if I didn’t write anything…  Then when I go to preview:It’s showing the first dynamic part, so I know it should pull this through… but it doesn’t… I’m so lost.  Please advise!!! Thanks,Greg

How do you design post-purchase email templates when you don’t know exactly what products customers will buy?

I'm working on a post-purchase email flow and want to contain details about the product (such as order confirmation, shipping updates, and so on), but I'm stuck about the design because I don't know what exact things each buyer will buy. Conditional split automatically going to "No"

I’ve set up a flow with the event where someone is added to a list.They then receive an email with a ‘book a consultation’ link, and they then go through a conditional split where the conditions are if someone has clicked the URL link for the flow “at least once” and ‘over all time’. The problem is, anyone who enters the flow goes into the ‘NO’ side if the conditional split, despite clicking the link.How do I fix this and make them go into the YES direction ? Here’s how my flow looks like :
