My abandoned cart flow is not working, have I done something wrong?

Hi,I use woocommerce & flatsome theme, I have setup an abandoned cart flow and cannot seem to get this working. I have read that there may be issues with having a single checkout page, which is restricted to my theme, but surely there must be a workaround? Can anyone help

Coupon Code

Hi ! Does anyone have a solution how to create dynamic coupon code in Klaviyo with the settings that a customer has to buy something different, to get a specific product for free. Something like Buys X gets Y for free. Is this possible? Or do you know a workaround how to set this up? Would be super important. Thank you!

From Stripe to Klaviyo via consent from Zapier webhook

I am trying to setup a paid monthly subscription via stripe. Our website is built on Webflow and currently they don’t offer subscriptions so ecommerce through them isn’t possible yet.  So until then we just link buttons to a stripe checkout to capture the payment details.We are trying to use Zapier to automatically add them to our list inside Klaviyo which will automatically send them a welcome email and sms. The email has always worked fine just not the sms. I was told to use this article to help with that https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407486310683-How-to-Send-Consent-to-Klaviyo-via-Zapier#troubleshooting-tips5 . I set it up but now I’m not sure what the Zap should be to get the info from Stripe to them send the consent/subscription to Klaviyo.

Automations Triggered by Searched Product

Hi! So I got an automation from an ecomm business using Klaviyo and Shopify that was based off searching a specific product onsite. The email was essentially “we saw you searching for this on our site!” Does anyone know how trigger such an automation? I’m guessing it may involve APIs. Thanks so much!

price drop email coding test and review

hi,I’ve created a price drop flow and email using klavyio library. Now i’m trying to see a preview, test email to make sure all the data populates properly.I’ve dropped the price of an item. I see that item in the price drop report.My flow is set as manualI’ve browsed my self that product before the price drop (being logged in)BUT i am not seeing any email in “review” mode at all so I cannot see preview email…. also don’t understand why i’m not even getting into the review.

Flow Query wrt Smile rewards

Hey I need to send emails to my customers when they reach a smile.io points balance. I have integrated it long ago. What I want is for email to be sent at 500, 1000, and 2500 points. I have set up a smile.io segment as a trigger. However, is this correct way to send emails when they reach above target??

Is it possible to have a Profile ID be used as a Barcode?

Hi There,Just wondering if there is a way to have the Klaviyo profile ID of a customer displayed as a barcode in an EDM or if barcodes can only generate coupon codes.We operate retail outlets, if customers loose their member barcode we want to be able to scan the last correspondence they have had from us. Using the Klaviyo profile ID is probably the easiest unique ID to use in barcode form. Thanks,Paul

hallo,bei der Einstellung der email für Abgebrochene Warenkörbe.Bekommt der Kunde nach 30min eine email , wenn der Kunde auf de erste email reagiert und was kauft . bekommt dann diese Kunde eine weiter email von mir ?? oder bekommt er keine Email mehr wenn er schon auf die erste Email was gekauft hat ? ich habe dann eine weiter email eingerichtet wenn der Kunde bei der ersten email noch nicht gekauft hat .Zum Beispiel Kunde bekommt nach 30min erste Email. auf die email reagiert Kunde nicht nach 24stunden bekommt der Kunde 2 email

Style Social Links text

Hi, I’m using the Social Links component in the email builder to create this block using custom icons. Is there a way to change the font used? It’s defaulting to Helvetica which italicises in Outlook, so I need to change it to Arial. All font styles in the global styles are set to Arial, and there’s no option in Block Style to change the font. Any ideas?Thanks, Tom

Change the default price in email

My abandoned cart email shows the customer what is in their cart, but is there a way to show the "sale" price. The email that gets sent is showing the "regular" price for my store listing and not the sale price. I'm sure it would increase my conversion rate if I could change that. Is it a setting in Klaviyo? Anyone?

How do I make sure subscribers don't get a Flow until A Certain Date?

Hello,i currently set up the klaviyo by using the build in flows and i love to work with it. I want to ensure, that my Shopify subscriber do not receive the welcome serie mails. So how i have to do my flow setup for this requirement? There is no filter which allows me to set up a start date. Hope you can helps me!

Turn Time Syntax to Local Time

I used the Klaviyo time syntax to setup time related event : {% today "%Y-%m-%d" as today %} {{ today|days_later:5 }} However I realized it is displaying in UTC time , is it possible to switch back to local time ?

Dynamic coupon in windback flow (can see received multiple times by same user)

Hi everyone, We’re looking to create various retention flows based on the number of orders a customer has placed. The last flow would be triggered when some places their third (or 4th/5th,...) order meaning that they might flow through the flow multiple times later down the line if they re-purchased. We were hoping to use dynamic coupons rather than static ones but I’ve been told that if the same customer flows through the flow multiple times they’ll be served the ‘same’ dynamic coupon combination. Is there a way around this? :)

Automated Monthly flow

Hi,  I’d like to create a flow for our VIP customers, wherein once a month they would receive an email with a 30% off discount code I’d like the flow to go out on a specific date of the month say the 15th of every month but as far as I’m aware this isn’t possible? I have the segment established but is it correct that you can’t send flows on specific dates? Thanks in advance!

How can I send a reminder to notice users that a discount code will expire in few days using a Flow？

In our service, we send a discount code once in a few days.  I want to remind the users every time and notice that the discount code is almost expiring automatically by setting up a Flow. Moreover, I want the reminders to be sent only to those who received the discount code earlier, and only to those who didn’t use the discount code.

How Do I Prevent Subscribers from Receiving multiple Coupons from Different Flows at the Same Time?

So, I’m strategically planning some flows for a client, and these include a Welcome Series flow, a Cart Abandonment flow and an Abandoned Checkout flow. The Welcome Series flow eventually includes a coupon, the Cart Abandonment flow eventually includes a coupon and the Abandoned Checkout flow also eventually includes a coupon. My issue is that two of the three flows could potentially conflict with each other and offer a subscriber two separate coupons.  As the Cart Abandonment and Abandoned Checkout flows are flows only subscribed members will enter, how do I prevent subscribers from getting two separate coupons (from the Welcome Series flow and either of the Cart and Checkout flows)?

What Flow Filter Condition will Prevent People from Coming in With a Certain email?

I want to add a flow trigger filter to eliminate people from the flow that have ebay in their email.Is this the correct configuration?Properties about someone > email > doesn’t contain > ebay I also have these two options in flow filters:$address1 and $source - Can anyone explain what these two mean? Fiona

What is the correct Trigger set up for the ADD TO CART metric on Flows?

Hey. I have set up the correct coding for my add to cart metric but i’m not sure I have the flow set up correctly for people to go into it. I do also have a viewed product/browse abandonment & cart abandonment flow set up and these are running correctly, people are being put into these flows. So obviously I dont want the viewed product & add to cart to clash, but no one seems to be going into the add to cart flow, even though google analtyics says I’ve had add to carts.Would really appriceate some screenshots of other peoples flows to see how they should be set up or any suggestions or advice. Thanks in advance.

Abandoned Cart Flow Product Layout

Hello Has anyone had success in changing the layout of the Klavyio Default Layout?I want the image  on top, and text underneath - which is much better for mobile.When moving the code into a text box, the emails didn’t pull though the Shopify data (as 2nd image) Help

Shopify Variables

Hi, I’m setting up a Replenishment flow and I’d like to include the size of the item because the size of the item purchased informs the customer of how frequently they should repurchase (we offer 1oz, 2oz and 4oz bottles).I thought the variable for item size would be {{ item.line.title }} but when I previewed the email, the value was blank.  Does anyone know what the “size” variable for variants is? Thank you!
