We are developing an API in the middle of Keap and Klaviyo that will get the order confirmation information from KEAP and will share with Klaviyo. But if someone abandones his cart at the checkout page , it will not be shared with klaviyo.
Can we implement Klaviyo with REACT website and create a flow of "People who clicked on the Order Now button but did not place the order" ??

Hi @talha.hussain,
To add onto what monlouisj mentioned, you can send an event to Klaviyo when somebody clicks the “Order now” button with the Create Event API call. If you set up this endpoint to fire whenever somebody clicks that button, it’ll show up on their profile in Klaviyo, and you can trigger flows based off this action. The same concept goes for when people place orders. Let us know if you have any follow-up questions!
Hi Talha, A solution would be to send 2 custom events from your React app: Event 1 : customer clicks on the order button Event 2 : customer has placed an order
Then, your flow will target the users who did Event 1 and not Event 2
