We have imported a custom font ‘Rajdhani’ into our Klaviyo account and whilst it’s showing up on Desktop, once it’s been delivered the font is reverting to a default font instead. I’m away that most email providers support custom font’s, but even viewing the email on Google, or Outlook app, it’s still coming up as the default instead of the custom font. Could you help please?
Many thanks,
Jonny

Hi @JonnyRedequipment,
Gmail does not support custom fonts, so it is expected that you would see the fallback font in your mobile Gmail client. The reason it is working on your desktop version is because the font is installed locally, so your computer is able to fill it in. There is not a workaround to this as it's a Gmail limitation.
We also have a help center article within Klaviyo that discusses this a bit and what platforms support custom fonts. I hope this helps!
