Hola,
Just tested that for you on Chrome on PC in mobile simulation mode, and also on Chrome on an actual android phone, and it’s fine, working correctly as far as I can tell. No zooming is happening.
Sounds like an issue with your phone, to be honest - maybe it thinks you were using pinch-to-zoom rather than scrolling with a single finger, if the digitiser is a bit dodgy it could do that.
Cheers,
G
Hi dartacus,
To clarify that you can't Zoom with your fingers, I sent the link to my page to other people with iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro, and when they swipe down, the form also enlarges (background image). I'll send you a video.

Another question, if you approve it:
Is it possible to set up Klaviyo codes to be stackable? For example, if I give them a 10% welcome coupon and they then abandon their cart (don't purchase), I can send them another free shipping coupon so that when they click the link, both coupons appear. Thank you.
I’m not an iphone user, so can’t speak to that, sorry.
I would advise you to open a new topic for the coupons subject, that way you’ll get more responses and the topic will be searchable for future users.

Hey @Renzo,
This issue appears to be related to the CSS of your site or the display settings of those two devices, as there are no settings within Klaviyo that impact how a form should behave when scrolling down.
Regarding your coupon question, coupons can’t be made as stackable through Klaviyo. I know that Shopify does allow you to stack coupons, but I believe that can only be done for individual coupon codes, not entire coupons as a whole. This Shopify article about combining discounts provides more info on the subject.
That being said, nothing would stop you from sending people that second coupon if they don’t purchase - Klaviyo just can’t automatically stack them together.
