Bug with lightspeed integration

Hey guys, When I setup the lightspeed integration for a client we keep getting an error that de login is not correct so we can’t integrate Klaviyo. But the login is 100% correct.Is there a solution to this bug? Would be appreciated! Kind regards, Dean

Viewed Product & Add to Cart not working

Hi there,I can’t seem to figure this out after reading other discussions’ on ATC and Viewed Product. I’ve just added the Viewed Product code and Add to Cart code to my client’s Shopify store but both of these events do not seem to work. Here’s the screenshot of the codes: (ps. I got the add to cart ID by following these steps) I’ve also tested it with putting the ?utm_email=example@gmail.com at the end of the store’s url but it didn’t trigger any of these two events. Also, the store also has other product pages as shown below. Do I need to insert these codes in all 4 pages?  Please let me know if I’m missing a step or did this incorrectly. Thank you!

Hi! On my install, I have enabled the Klaviyo extention. Do I now need to disable the standard M2 newsletter in Customers - Newsletter or does Klaviyo take over that? Use Klaviyo opt-in setting for this list is set to “Yes”

Is the Webhooks documentation in Magento 2.4.3 for product removal or installing Webhooks in general?

Hi community!I am a little confused by the wording in my Klaviyo plugin on Magento. The webhooks that are set up here (following this step by step https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360055336451-How-to-Enable-Webhooks-for-Magento-2) - are they ALL the webhooks Klaviyo integraton will use, or just the product removal one? And if it is only the product removal one, then are any additional steps required to get the other webhooks to fire, like fx add to cart event? Also, where do I find the webhook secret? or do I just make it up?

Webhook to Twilio 401 error

Has anyone successfully sent a webhook request directly to the Twilio messaging API from a Klaviyo flow? I’m getting a 401 error with no additional information, and I know my credentials are correct because I’m able to send a successful request from Postman>Twilio and Zapier>Twilio with the same settings.

Magento 2 feed

Hi there. I am working with a Magento 2 store and the only feed option I can see available is a CSV feed. It looks as though Klaviyo is only accepting XML feeds. We don’t want to manually upload the feed as we want to make sure it is being kept up to date with prices and stock levels. Please can some advise on how to get around this or if there is something we are missing. Thanks, W

Back in Stock / Custom API call successful but not showing

Hello,We are using a Shopify headless build and are developing a custom Back in Stock feature on the frontend and have had success setting it for out of stock products based on the following guide:https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/how-to-set-up-custom-back-in-stock We have no problems making a call to a Product that contains both a Product ID and a Variant (for instance: size or colour) — if the product is published in the catalog, it creates that entry under Profile > Email address as well as shows in the activity feed.But for simple products without variants (flat with no options), we are struggling to figure out what to include — sending just the product ID but no Variant ends up with an error stating that the “variant” property is required. Most guides seem to just use the Product ID for the Variant, but that does not seem to register despite a successful post request being made. We ensured the said item in question is published but cannot find it anywhere despite a success

Switching from WooCommerce to Shopify - how can I keep all my Klaviyo flows and templates?

Hi guys.My website is being rebuilt and will move from Woocommerce to Shopify.  When integrating Klaviyo in Shopify it wants to create a new profile, so I would loose all my flows and templates.How can I keep al my flows & templates or copy them over to Shopify?Thanks for your helpBev

Order status flow issue

Hi,  When I try to set up any of the order status flows eg. order confimation, in the settings it gives me the message “While your Shopify store is integrated with Klaviyo, we are not currently receiving any Placed Order data” is this just because I havent lanuched my stire yet and had any orders?Many thanks W

Why can't my Product Feed display variants?

Hi - experiancing an issue where no matter how I set up our Product Feed it always displays just one combination of our product which has different variants. For example, we sell Body Wash and on the PDP  there are different scents and sizes you can choose. Klaviyo only ever displays the product name: Body Wash, the price of our most expensive variant, and the image of a different size and scent.  I want to be able to do dynamic recommendations based off scent, so that if someone purchased Sandalwood Body Wash Klaviyo recommends Sandalwood Shampoo, Deo and Hair Paste. Is there a way to just upload a custom data feed with our variants more broken out?

Is it possible to have double opt-in for emails not coming from klaviyo signup forms?

Hi,  We integrated Klaviyo to our ManyChat account, and we want to have a double opt-in confirmation for the users giving their emails or wanted to be on our subscriber’s list. Is it possible to send a confirmation for their subscription once the emails are already transferred to Klaviyo Lists without going through the signup form? Is Klaviyo double opt-in only possible for signup forms or are there any other ways to use Klaviyo double opt-in option? Looking forward to hearing from you.  Many thanks, Jen

Klaviyo is not recognizing new orders on WooCommerce

When a client begins the checkout process in our WooCommerce site, Klaviyo picks ups the event as “Started Checkout”, but it doesn’t recognize when the order is placed. Even after the checkout process ends and we receive an email from WooCommerce letting us know that there’s a new order, Klaviyo still shows it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”.What could be causing this? The products we sell are each custom made, so we don’t charge our clients upfront. Is the fact that our clients are not paying during their checkout process, causing Klaviyo to keep it as “Started Checkout” and not as “Placed Order”? What is the trigger that Klaviyo picks up to turn “Started Checkout” into “Placed Order” with WooCommerce? Even when I change the status of the order on WooCommerce from “Processing” to “Completed”, Klaviyo keeps showing the event as “Started Checkout” instead of “Placed Order”. Thanks!

[API] What happens to events registered before /identify call?

Hi! I recently finished integrating my ecommerce (custom code, no vendor) with Klaviyo.Imagine you’re a first time visitor, the events that will be logged are the following, in order:Active on site Viewed product Added to cart Started checkout Identify (email) Identify (first name, last name) Placed order (server side) Ordered product (server side)So, when testing, I realized that events prior to the Identify calls will not be retroactively recognized when the customer finally inputs his email.This means most of the events I’m interested in will not be registered for first time visitors. Example: I’ll have a person’s email, but the Started Checkout event will not be registered, which is arguably the most important event in ecommerces, because it happened prior to the Identify call,I could log Started Checkout after the user submits his email (and /identify has been successfully called). Although it is not the logical order of events happening, that would not matter as customers that do

Hi! I’m getting this error when i try to Connect to WooCommerce from Klaviyo Integrations:Unable to access the orders API, please check connection settings and try again. If I generate a new pair of keys and select Legacy API, it connects, but I want to use the new API so it can sync periodically. The site is behind Cloudflare. I tried to set a firewall rule to allow Klaviyo user agent but no luck.I would like to know what may be causing this. Thank you,

Woocommerce integration: Unable to Access API with Credentials Specified

Hi, I’m having issue with the integration of my WooCommerce with Klaviyo. I generated an API key with read,write permission. I have my consumer key and consumer secret wich I paste in my integrations settings. But when I click « Connect to WooCommerce» this message appear « Unable to access API with credentials specified». Hello, i try to integrate klaviyo to my new woocommerce website but it does no work. I always have this error message: Details: Unable to access API with credentials specified.I deleted the integration many time et reinstalled it, it does nothing. I also have klaviyo integrate to my shopify store, have i to delete it from shopify first in order for it to work ? Thanks for reading

Hi, I currently use WPForms for the contact and purchase forms on my website. I am trying to see if there any way to be able to connect to WPForms using the API keys. My forms right now collect abandoned entries and data but, I do not have any ability to send these abandoned entries to a specific list in Klaviyo.Does anyone have any knowledge that may be able to help me build this script to send these abandoned entry emails to my Klaviyo account and into a specified list?Thank you.

Klaviyo Pop Up Form not connect subscribers to my Newsletter List

We create a Pop Up Box to collect emails to be added to our Newsletter list and receive our Welcome Flow emails. I can see that the Pop Up Box is collecting emails - we have had 3 subscirbe, but I can’t find where those emails have been stored - our newsletter list isn’t being updated with these emails. I also get this message when I am installing Code Snippets for my sign up form:Unable to detect that signup forms are successfully installed on your site. Please view the installation documentation.Please can someone help with this?

Unable to integrate Klaviyo with Magento 2.4.3

Hello Everyone, I am having issue in Klaviyo integration with Magento 2. I have added public and private keys as suggested in documentation but when I try to start the integration by clicking on activate button. Is there a way to trigger cookies without clicking a link in a Klaviyo email?

According to the Klaviyo Help Center, a user is only cookied if 1) they fill out a sign up form and 2) if they click on a link in a Klaviyo generated email.  We have a large number of customers who are active in our Klaviyo database, but they will frequently clear their browser cache and NOT click links in our emails. Given this situation, we cannot track their activity (view product, add to cart, checkout, etc.)  on our website.  Is there any workaround for this?  Any other way to track/cookie an existing Klaviyo user without asking them to click links in our emails?Mark
