WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed

We got an error message from Klaviyo saying that our WooCommerce integration's periodic sync has failed. Our data from WooCommerce has stopped updating, which means that our flows are not being triggered.Has anyone else experienced this? And what did you do to fix it? Any ideas as to what causes this?(We have contacted Klaviyo support as directed by the error message, but they’ve informed us that they are slow and suggested we ask the Community in the meantime.)

Zapier + Squarespace

Hi there, I’ve set up Klaviyo/Squarespace integration and I can see that the data is being sent by Zapier. Here is the Data Out response to a recent sign up: message:A confirmation email was sent to Hello@barnfieldcustoms.com since a double opt-in list was selected for this Zap step. Learn more at https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005251108-Overview-of-the-Double-Opt-In-Process However, out of the 6 email signups that I’ve had, only 1 has received the opt-in email. Any ideas what’s going wrong? Thanks,Mark

Shopify newsletter subscribers are not going into klaviyo newsletter list

Hey guys, I have tested subscribing multiple email addresses via the footer form on Shopify and the subscribed contact never syncs across to Klaviyo into the newsletter list... The integration is set up to sync over subscribers. The newsletter footer form includes the newsletter tag as a hidden field. I’m not sure what i’m missing?

Integration Issue

Hi Community, Having problem with the Integration, Klaviyo <> Shopify. Chose [Automatically add Klaviyo onsite javascript (recommended)] and pasted the snippet (product) to product.liquid.However, at this stage the profiles didn’t get updated. Later, copied snippet of Theme to theme.liquid, manually. After this step, the profiles started to get updated from this particular date. However, it started to pull the LIVE and current dated data and not the history data. Secondly, the order related details and the history data is not being synced. Could anyone help me on this, please. Many thanks,Seb

Why is my Magento 2 Integration unable to connect to my store?

Hi Community,Hopefully you can help me as I don’t know what I am doing wrong and the support emails are not getting me anywhere fast.Firstly our setup is the following:Magento CE 2.3.3 (soon to be upgraded but current version) Klaviyo 1.2.3 (the latest for this version of Magento)Steps Taken:Downloaded the Klaviyo Plugin Installed the Plugin Activated the Plugin Created a User Created a Public/Secret Key Setup the configuration Gone to Klaviyo and put the configuration in.Result: “Unable to connect to your store, check your Username and Password / API key. “I have tried using the User Credentials configured on the plugin as well as the API Key as password but nothing is working. It is a pitty there is no phone support as I feel like I have missed something so simple and the correspondance going back and forth has now been over two weeks. Send Leads to CRM

Hello anyone ever try to send emails to a CRM? If i have a popup, how can i send the details to my CRM? My CRM is Bigin by Zoho. But any CRM have the same problem.  Native integration Zapier (Or similar) don’t have triguers of new subscriber  Thanks,

Clickfunnels Integration

Hello all,Over 12 months ago I started looking at Klaviyo and trying to work out how to integrate it with my Clickfunnels funnel.I got so confused with it and support was unable to assist me so, in the end I just left it. The thing is though, it looks a phenomenal platform so, here I am trying again.I'm hoping there will be someone on this forum familiar with Clickfunnels and able to assist me with the integration, I'm willing to pay for help if needed.I have been looking at this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005082927-Integrate-a-Custom-Ecommerce-Cart-or-Platform which has all the info I need to capture but, like I mentioned above I’m unsure what to do with it.Looking forward to a Christmas miracle.Kindest regardsAndy Haycock

Why is Klaviyo Slowing Down the Site Load on Pages without a Sign-Up Form?

We use Klaviyo sign-up forms on our blog articles only. Klaviyo is slowing down page load times on all pages, even though it should only be running on blog pages.How can I turn off Klaviyo tracking for all pages other than blog pages? I can’t find any Klaviyo code snippets in my Shopify store, and I’ve already set Klaviyo to only run on blog pages in the newsletter settings.Screenshot below from Lighthouse shows Klaviyo blocking main thread work on a non-blog page.

Unable to add signup form to Wordpress

I am new to Klaviyo and have created my first signup form, added my public API key to Wordpress page and got confirmation it was installed right.I go to add my form code (<div class="klaviyo-form-xxxx"></div>) to a code block (I’m using Avada theme) and I get nothing. No form appears.I tried adding it as a widget using the Wordpress plugin but that didn’t work either.My form is Live but it won’t display.Any advice would be great.

Why are the customers in my Shopify list not in any of my Klaviyo lists?

You’ve integrated your Shopify and synced your customers to Klaviyo, awesome! But why aren’t all of them in your newsletter list?When Klaviyo syncs customers from your Shopify store, it creates a Profile for them but it won’t add them to a list, because they didn’t explicitly opt-in to be a part of your Klaviyo list. What if they accepted marketing at checkout?If a customer accepted marketing, you’ll see a profile property in the customer profile that says Accepts Marketing is True. While this is great, it doesn’t mean they automatically get added to a list. However since they have consented to receive email marketing from you in the past, you can create a segment of customers who have accepted marketing and are not in your main newsletter list, export that list as a .csv, and import it to your main list to add them. Have any other questions about how Klaviyo and Shopify sync profiles? Ask below so our Community can help.

Triple Opt-in with Zapier+Squarespace integration

Hi,I am moving from Squarespace e-mail marketing to Klaviyo, through Zapier, but both platforms require double opt-in so when new subscribers sign up to my newsletter, they get 2 confirmation emails - one from Klaviyo and one from Squarespace.Did anyone have the same problem?

Why is my Zapier integration with Klaviyo not working?

We are using Zapier to create an event in Klaviyo and initially it worked with the same setup and now it's not working . It just says the error 0 (Filure). Is there a way you can check in your system what went wrong, am I being blocked due to any security reason or is there a rate limit, or if there is something I am missing? How can I find out more debug info on the exact cause of error? Thanks,

Trigger for Package Delivered Using Ship Station & Shopify

We have Klaviyo connected to our Shopify store and we are using Ship Station as our carrier that is also connected to Shopify.What we want to do is send out an email from Klaviyo based on a trigger of when the shipment is actually delivered.Has anyone done this?Thanks!

How can I track a profile that has clicked on a Facebook Ad?

I know there’s a way to do this via a lead form, but what if you just clicked on an ad? Is there some combination of Facebook Pixel, Klaviyo.js/cookie that would allow this to work? Happy to do any amount of custom integration needed. Thanks!Michael

Personalization Problem after install

Many of my items are personalized in Shopify, so customers can make entries, such as name, birthdays, etc. It was working fine as of yesterday morning. After some work was done on Klaviyo - cart abandoment and that kind of stuff, now, none of those fields are working, on any of my products. It will not allow me to enter any characters! I have a FB campaign starting tomorrow, and now this! Hoping is just something easy to click on! Thanks for any kind of help - please! Thanks!
