Getting url not recognize when add store url

Looking for ready-built or copy-and-paste snippet for "Added to Cart" tracking on WooCommerce site?

Hi everyone,I hope you’re all doing well in the New Year!I’m reaching out here because I have a WooCommerce site and just integrated it with Klaviyo but discovered that there is no ready-built or copy-and-paste snippet for "Added to Cart" tracking. As a result, I’m being told that in order to create this metric/event and pass information to Klaviyo, I'd need to create a custom API event using Shopify’s JavaScript Track API.So all that said, I’m trying to find out if anyone on here knows how to do this or has accomplished this and if so, how?I’m not a dev or a techie - just trying to get some context for my dev so he can build whatever necessary to add this particular flow.Thanks in advance!Best,Charles

Why is my Magento 2 Integration unable to connect to my store?

Hi Community,Hopefully you can help me as I don’t know what I am doing wrong and the support emails are not getting me anywhere fast.Firstly our setup is the following:Magento CE 2.3.3 (soon to be upgraded but current version) Klaviyo 1.2.3 (the latest for this version of Magento)Steps Taken:Downloaded the Klaviyo Plugin Installed the Plugin Activated the Plugin Created a User Created a Public/Secret Key Setup the configuration Gone to Klaviyo and put the configuration in.Result: “Unable to connect to your store, check your Username and Password / API key. “I have tried using the User Credentials configured on the plugin as well as the API Key as password but nothing is working. It is a pitty there is no phone support as I feel like I have missed something so simple and the correspondance going back and forth has now been over two weeks. Issue with Klaviyo integration in Prestashop

Hello,I have an online store created in prestashop (Version 1.7.6.3). The server works with Plesk in its latest version with Php 7.3.I have installed the free Klaviyo module and I have configured it following the manual. Everything worked correctly until I got to the API integration.When I integrate Klaviyo with Prestashop, I add the address of the online store, the Prestashop Webservice API and permissions are correct.I click on "Click here to retrieve the list of shops" but I get the following error: Please make sure your webservice key has permissions to the 'klaviyo' resource.I have tried with another server but the problem persists, could you please advise me?Thanks

Integration Issue

Hi Community, Having problem with the Integration, Klaviyo <> Shopify. Chose [Automatically add Klaviyo onsite javascript (recommended)] and pasted the snippet (product) to product.liquid.However, at this stage the profiles didn’t get updated. Later, copied snippet of Theme to theme.liquid, manually. After this step, the profiles started to get updated from this particular date. However, it started to pull the LIVE and current dated data and not the history data. Secondly, the order related details and the history data is not being synced. Could anyone help me on this, please. Many thanks,Seb

Back In Stock with woocommerce

Hi,Do somebody find a solution to implement back in stock flow with Klaivyo and Woocommerce ?natively, it is possible only with shopify. I did it with a List, form and woocommerce hooks but with this method, I have to send email and create new list manualy each time… Regards

Checkbox Appears on Woocommerce Checkout Page after Klaviyo Plugin

Hi,We integrated our Woocommerce website with Klaviyo today and we noticed a checkbox appeared on the checkout page as soon as we activated the Klaviyo plugin on Wordpress. It’s just a checkbox underneath the email field and with the words “(optional)” next to it.Any ideas how to remove this? I’m guessing it’s meant to be the Newsletter signup but then I’m not sure where to go to customise the text or to remove the option entirely.I’d appreciate any help!Thanks!

"Viewed Product" Tracking with Shopify / Impulse Theme

Does anyone have experience integrating Klaviyo into the Shopify Impulse theme?   I’m struggling with it mightily.  I’ve got almost everything up and running but I’m finding it impossible to get the “Viewed Product” tracking to work.  I’ve been following the Kalviyo instructions to the letter (adding the Viewed Product snippet to the Product.liquid file), and also experimenting with adding the snippet to other areas of the product layout, all without luck.  Has anyone got the Viewed Product tracking to work on Impulse and can provide instruction on how exactly you did it?  Thanks!

I am trying to integrate klaviyo with my woocommerce store in 2 ways. but all are not connected.1. connect using setup wizard, get the message "Unable to test API by fetching order count"2. Connect using Rest AIP: get the message "something is amiss, we 're on it" I have researched but do not have any document to mention this, please help me.

I cannot get the web tracking to work with shopify

I managed to integrate my shopify account with Klaviyo but even after pasting the snippet code into product.liquid in the shopify theme, the web tracking won’t successfully get set up - it just says ‘waiting for data’ at the bottom and won’t receive anything. What should I do?

How do you connect a WebFlow signup form to a Klaviyo list?

Send Leads to CRM

Hello anyone ever try to send emails to a CRM? If i have a popup, how can i send the details to my CRM? My CRM is Bigin by Zoho. But any CRM have the same problem.  Native integration Zapier (Or similar) don’t have triguers of new subscriber  Thanks,

Clickfunnels Integration

Hello all,Over 12 months ago I started looking at Klaviyo and trying to work out how to integrate it with my Clickfunnels funnel.I got so confused with it and support was unable to assist me so, in the end I just left it. The thing is though, it looks a phenomenal platform so, here I am trying again.I'm hoping there will be someone on this forum familiar with Clickfunnels and able to assist me with the integration, I'm willing to pay for help if needed.I have been looking at this page: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005082927-Integrate-a-Custom-Ecommerce-Cart-or-Platform which has all the info I need to capture but, like I mentioned above I’m unsure what to do with it.Looking forward to a Christmas miracle.Kindest regardsAndy Haycock

Unable to add signup form to Wordpress

I am new to Klaviyo and have created my first signup form, added my public API key to Wordpress page and got confirmation it was installed right.I go to add my form code (<div class="klaviyo-form-xxxx"></div>) to a code block (I’m using Avada theme) and I get nothing. No form appears.I tried adding it as a widget using the Wordpress plugin but that didn’t work either.My form is Live but it won’t display.Any advice would be great.

Why is my WooCommerce/Klaviyo integration causing an error: "Klaviyo extension is uninstalled or unavailable"?

Shopify failing to integrate

Hi there, I’m trying to integrate my Shopify with Klaviyo, and it’s not working out so far. When I enter my correct Shopify url I get an error message saying “Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable.” I can log into my Shopify account, so I know nothing is wrong on that end.  Anything I might be missing? Thank you very much!

Why is Klaviyo Slowing Down the Site Load on Pages without a Sign-Up Form?

We use Klaviyo sign-up forms on our blog articles only. Klaviyo is slowing down page load times on all pages, even though it should only be running on blog pages.How can I turn off Klaviyo tracking for all pages other than blog pages? I can’t find any Klaviyo code snippets in my Shopify store, and I’ve already set Klaviyo to only run on blog pages in the newsletter settings.Screenshot below from Lighthouse shows Klaviyo blocking main thread work on a non-blog page.

Triple Opt-in with Zapier+Squarespace integration

Hi,I am moving from Squarespace e-mail marketing to Klaviyo, through Zapier, but both platforms require double opt-in so when new subscribers sign up to my newsletter, they get 2 confirmation emails - one from Klaviyo and one from Squarespace.Did anyone have the same problem?

Hello Team, does anyone know if it’s possible to integrate Linktr.ee with Klaviyo? I want to capture email addresses from my social channels using Linktr.ee but it only offers me MailChimp as an option for capturing emails.
