My spanish is a little rusty, but as I read it your Added to Cart metric doesn’t appear yet in the Metrics list. I have a solution for you that might work.
You can force an event to your own profile by going to a product on site and adding ?utm_email=(youremail) to the URL. I just gave it a test on your site with my email after accepting cookies (important notice) - try and see if the event is there now.

If the event hasn’t populated yet, I would visit your cookie settings as they could be blocking the event from being transfered to Klaviyo.
