Hi there, I'm new to Klaviyo, and it looks promising. I have an integration with our Prestashop via the free module v1.11.1 . I see that every customer is synced with Klaviyo, even those who opted out of the newsletter. Why is this? I'm afraid I might be sending newsletters to customers who haven't given their consent. Is it possible to delete all imported customers and only import those who have previously given permission to receive newsletters? Because right now, all customers have been imported, and this is also significantly increasing my monthly cost.

Can you confirm whether the profiles that have opted out of your newsletter in PrestaShop are being synced into Klaviyo with a ‘Subscribed’ consent status? I don’t believe consent status is synced from PrestaShop into Klaviyo, so what I would suggest doing is gathering a CSV file of unsubscribed profiles from PrestaShop, and importing this file into your suppression list within Klaviyo.
