Black Crow vs Elevar for a retail site using Shopify

Hi, everyone. Just curious how people feel about these AI tools being used for a Shopify site and if we really need either of them.

They use server-side tracking to identify site visitors, which will allow you to identify more people and reach them with Black Crow/Elevar triggered abandonment flows.
