Hi, I’ve created an email using mostly HTML but have added a klaviyo button block, social links and a 1x2 table with images. The total size says 45kb and it doesn’t say its been clipped in Gmail when I’ve tested it but in the Klaviyo preview mode it is also missing the bottom elements

Thanks for including the screenshot - that’s helpful. Were the blocks that were clipped made via HTML, our drag-and-drop editor, or a combination of the two? While the Klaviyo support team can help with templates created by our drag-and-drop editor, we’re not always able to support with custom designed emails using elements not native to our product. That being said, if any other community members who have experience designing HTML templates have some insight into this, we’d love to hear your thoughts! Hoping a member of our community can get to the bottom of this for you.
The blocks that were clipped were created by the drag and drop editor. But after looking I had some incorrect closing HTML tags just above the drag and drop blocks which messed with how they showed.
