Currently, our abandoned cart emails only show the base product, without the specific selected option, a person has added to their Bigcommerce cart. This confuses customers and we’d like to be able to show the specific option.
It shows correctly in our order confirmation emails so I feel it should be possible. I think the problem lies in the script we manually have to put on the product page. If we can add the correct variable to it.
Anyway, if anyone knows how this can be done it would be greatly appreciated.
