catalog in shopware

You have your Shopware catalog synced to Klaviyo as a custom catalog, correct? If so, you should be able to add product blocks into your templates by dragging and dropping them in. You can also design product feeds on this page and insert those feeds into your templates through the product block.

I also recommend checking out our Catalog Lookup Tag reference article. Catalog lookup tags are variables that allow you to pull information about a specific catalog item into your template, outside of a product block. For example, let’s pretend we have an item with a ProductID of 123456. A catalog lookup tag that pulls that item’s title and image into your template would look like this:

{{ catalog_item.title }}{{ catalog_item.featured_image.full.src }}
{% endcatalog %}

You can replace the ProductID with event data as well. For example, if you’re designing a template in a flow triggered by Added to Cart, and the event.ProductID line of event data contains the product ID, you could add event.ProductID in place of the product ID, and it will dynamically pull information about the product that the person added to their cart. That would look like this:
