I’m trying to create a custom url for my landing page, following the instructions of this article https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360052334451 but I don’t see the Custom Hosted Pages section in my settings. How can I go about this?

The Custom Hosted Pages section only appears once two conditions are met on your account: you're on a paid plan, and your account has passed Klaviyo's account verification. If either of those isn't true, the section won't show up at all in Settings > Other > Consent Pages, which is likely what's happening here.
As shown above, toggle on the option to use a custom dedicated domain for hosted pages. That toggle is what unlocks the rest of the custom URL setup.
