Hi, 

I cannot make a flow, see below problem. 

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Hi ​@Denisekeijzer,

This error is occurring because Klaviyo hasn’t received any Added to Cart events from Shopify yet. Once Klaviyo receives an Added to Cart event, you’ll be able to create this flow. I recommend logging into your Shopify account, and then adding an item to your cart, or starting a checkout, entering your email into the box, and then adding an item into the cart. These actions should trigger an Added to Cart event, and you should be able to create the flow.

If that doesn’t work, let me know.
