Hi all, sorry for this message.

We set up an email for a client in the usual way, but it doesn’t seem to be sending this email out properly. The send volume is in the 100s when it should be in the thousands.

Audience is the same as every week, but for some reason they just aren’t going out.  Any tips or is there a tech issue

Hi @boodsta

Thank you for posting in the Community!

It could sound like you have chosen ‘Smart sending’ in terms of timezone, so the campaign will continue sending in a longer period of time. If you choose the local time zone - it will send all campaigns out in one sendout.

Under your campaign (after it has been send out) - you can review the skipped/bounce/etc. reasons that might cause fewer sendouts than expected:

I hope this helps!

Hi @boodsta

Do you have any other details you could provide? Is it a flow or a campaign? When did this issue start?

Its a campaign and its the first time it has happened only on our send this afternoon/evening

All segments the same as always, but still minimal numbers sent and no revenue which is very unusual

Hi @boodsta

When you click and open the Campaign now, scroll to the Deliverability section. Are you seeing a high number of emails in the Bounce column?

Thanks,

Ross

It's all sent now but it took ages. At the start it was saying none had been delivered and for about 2 hours it was under 500.  The full amount delivered after over two hours
