Exclude unfulfilled orders from a flow klaviyo, once fullfilled enter the flow

Hi there,

I want to exclude unfulfilled customer orders from my ‘review’ flow as they are currently deposits not the overall product.

Once i have fullfilled their orders, I would like my customers to receive the ‘review’ flow.

Can anyone help me with specific triggers to use?

Thanks for posting! In order to exclude unfilled customer orders from your review flow, I would advise that you have the trigger for the reviews flow be Fulfilled Order. The next step in the flow should be Wait x days (whichever number of days is the average for the customer to receive their order). The next step would be the review request. This means that any order that is not fulfilled will not receive a review request. As soon as you have fulfilled the order the customer would enter the flow.

 

I do not know the specifics of your business, so this may not be the best course of action. Let me know if this works and I’m happy to answer any follow up questions!

Hi ​@Pdaw123 ! 

Can you confirm what you are using the trigger your flow? If you are using the ‘Ready to Review’ metric, then you have the option to change the definition of your ‘Ready to Review’ event so that it only triggers once a customer’s order is fulfilled in Shopify. That way, nobody will enter your flow until their order has been fulfilled. In order to make this change, please follow the steps outlined in our guide here
