Help with Wix segments not populating

Quick question, he isn’t signed up to a plan.

Can he still pull his Wix segments on the free plan? Or does he have to commit before segments will work?

OK, after more digging, it looks like Wix has segments and labels but Klaviyo only supports labels - is that right?

Looks like you have to convert all your segments to labels on Wix first, then import the labels into Klaviyo - is that right?

I’m thinking the most likely cause of nobody being in this segment is because nobody in your account has the property “Wix Labels” with the value “Subscribers.” Can you confirm whether profiles with this property exist in your account yet?

According to the Wix docs, contacts with the ‘Subscribed’ label show a tag in the list. We’re seeing that tag on most contacts—see attached.

I re-ran the Wix import via Klaviyo > Integrations - profiles appear, but none are added to the ‘Subscribers’ list in Klaviyo. New signups show in this list correctly however.

Unsubscribers were manually uploaded to the Suppression list, so that’s accurate (see attached).

In Klaviyo, is there a way to manually add all unsuppressed profiles to our main sending list?

It’s interesting that these profiles aren’t having that “Wix Label” property added to their profiles - might be worthwhile to reach out to our support team at Klaviyo.com/support to take a look at the health of the integration.

That being said, you can definitely add all manually unsuppressed profiles to your list. I’d recommend making a segment with the definition: “What someone has or hasn’t done > Manually unsuppressed from email marketing at least once over all time.” From there, export that segment, and upload it to your email list, checking the box that they’ve consented to email marketing (if you’re sure they all consented). 

If you want all profiles that have simply never been suppressed to enter your mailing list, you’d make a segment “Person can receive email marketing” and repeat the steps above. I’d be wary of marketing to a segment like this, though, since many of these profiles that have never explicitly consented may not actually want to receive emails.

Have you checked whether the Klaviyo-Wix integration is syncing properly? Make sure the signup or purchase data is being passed correctly and that the segment’s filters match the synced fields - sometimes a field mismatch or delay can prevent members from populating.
