A client I work with is experiencing an extremely high bounce rate from the Verizon Media Group. Looking at the recipient activity in my latest campaign, the majority of emails that (soft) bounced were @yahoo.com and @aol.com. I’m assuming there is a correlation between Verizon Media Group and these addresses, but can anyone shed light on what might be going on here?
Recipient activity for the 1 campaign delivered on Jan 30, 2026 shows 21K bounces where 12.6K yahoo.com and 4K aol.com
Bounce Reason would show something like:
