I am trying to find image of a SMS Strategy Certificate I obtained through Klaviyo Academy. I think I got it under a work account so I am not able to relocate it easily. I have the credential ID # however. Is there a way for me to locate it? Support wont let me talk to them since I am not a current paying customer.

You have a couple options available to you to help recover your certificate! First, if you still have access to the work email you used to take the course, you can retrieve your credentials by entering your email on the Accredible Recover Credentials page. If that’s not an option, and you don’t have access to that email anymore, I’d recommend emailing academy@klaviyo.com, and they can help you resolve this issue!
